About the home

Villa has its own pool, shallow at one end with sloping sides and is regularly maintained twice a week by a reputable pool company. There are 2 bedrooms, the Master bedroom with patio door which leads to the Pool Area which has an outside shower facility.

Lounge with Patio Doors leading via a veranda to the pool area complete with Sunbeds to catch the sun rays. Table and chairs are provided by the pool so you can dine alfresco.
Spacious kitchen diner with good facilities.

The property is provided with safety gates leading to the pool area enhancing a child friendly approach.
You can sit out at night watching numerous stars and satellites after seeing a beautiful Sunset.
Banks, Supermarkets,Hypermarkets and fitness centres, bakeries and chemist all within a 5 min drive.
A car would be advisable to enable a wider exploration of the many wonderful sites Cyprus has to offer.
A good local bus service will transport you to Coral Bay and Paphos harbour.

Own drive, BBQ, umbrella's sunloungers with mattresses and dining furniture, Lilo's and water accessories. Pool towels are provided.
Cot bedding provided.
Heating during the winter periods is provided by the Air Conditioning units in all rooms.
Off street parking available.
Air Conditioning during the peak summer periods namely June through to August will carry an additional
£25 surcharge per week - this is due to the recent increase in fuel prices.

25% Non refundable Deposit required at time of booking and final payment (by cheque please) 8 weeks before commencement of holiday.
Air conditioning included in rental but excessive usages will be charged at 25 euros per week.
£150 refundable (damage/ breakages) to be paid at time of full balance and on a satisfactory inventory will be refunded within 14 days of your return.

Golf courses and driving range locally. The Secret Valley Golf Club is 18km to the east and 20km from Paphos is the renowned Aphrodite Hills resort.

Troodos Mountains highest point of 1952m(6404 ft) suitable for sking Jan to March.

The Peyia / Peyia Village area

Peyia Village is a 15min walk from the Villa and has a town hall, a beautiful church, well known for its wedding functions.

Local Bars and Restaurants provide a flavour of Cyprus village life - why not try a Meze?
The Village itself is surrounded by mountainous scenery and has a panoramic view of Coral Bay and Paphos districts

Car Hire can be easily arranged at Paphos airport, but we would recommend internet booking before holiday departure to save time. Elephant - Sixt are good for cheap local car hire.

“Home From Home” We loved this Villa. Set in a peaceful location within a short drive to the beautiful Coral Bay beach + Paphos. Shops and bakery within walking distance which was so convienient. The Villa itself was perfect with everything we needed to make our holiday perfect. Anyone with a family would love this Villa as well as couples. The 1st Villa we have ever stayed in that provide pool toys !! Usually we have to buy them + leave them behind !! We really enjoyed our holiday + would return to this Villa. Ann + Jim Response: We are so pleased you both enjoyed yourselves and had fun and enjoyed cyprus in your first villa - hope to see you again - thank you once again.

“Excellent villa” A lovely villa with all the mod cons you need to make a lovely holiday. Great swimming pool as well. Response: Its a pleasure to have a couple stay in our villa who really enjoy all of its benefits. Thank you and we hope to see you again!
