From the owner

We are located in the centre of Perissa, 30 meters from the beach (the location couldn't be better). Perissa is one of the most popular destinations of Santorini with infinite black sand and the dark blue water, where you can enjoy various water sports, scuba diving, snorkelling, horse riding, mountain hiking and most of all, just relax and chill on the beach! There are also many restaurants, beach bars, cocktail bars, and shops along the beach, and they are all in short walking distance from us.

The room is equipped with ensuite bathroom, balcony, mini fridge, TV, WIFI, safe box, hair dryer and air-conditioning, iron and board are available from reception, hot water runs 24 hours. Room service is provided every three days along with fresh towels and sheets.

In common area there is a swimming pool with sun beds around, next to it is a pool bar where you can get some snacks, drinks, cocktails and breakfast. The lobby area has a satellite TV for watching sports events, movies or Netflix. Free WIFI is provided in whole building and rooms. Washing machine is available for guests to use and a drying rack is equipped in your own balcony.

We provide information for currency exchange, car & motor rentals and all variety of tours to book. We can also arrange transfer pick up from airport/ port and taxi service. Luggage drop off is available during reception open hours, and guests can still use all the common areas until their departure after they check out.

The nearest bus stop is about 4 min walk which has bus service that takes you to all the popular destinations on the island including airport & port.

We have a private parking and we can also arrange transfer pick-up and taxi service for our guests.

How do damage deposits work?
