The apartments are newly built to high standards offering modern, contemporary furnishings including wooden floors and underfloor heating to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The apartments are fully furnished and have free wi-fi access. The kitchens are modern with all appliances and equipment necessary if you wish to self cater. The 2 bedroom apartment has the main bedroom with a luxurious kingsize' bed and ensuite bathroom together with bedroom 2 that has twin 3' beds that can be joined for a 6' bed on request. All are provided with quality, white linen and towels.
On arrival you will find milk, and water in your apartment together with a stock of condiments such as coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Household items such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing powder and toilet rolls are all provided for your use.

The nearest shops have local supermarkets, newsagents, banks and cash points, a post office, chemist and a range of take aways. Larger superstores are a short drive around the City ring road.
The City centre is a 10 minute drive and is easily accessed by car, bus, taxi, cycle or walking. A regular bus service starting from Oxford Brookes Harcourt Hill Campus, 300m walk away, gives direct access to Oxford Railway Station, Said Business School, the City centre shops, the University of Oxford and all the Colleges, museums and parks. This route also connects with the buses if you wish to visit Bicester Village, London, Heathrow and Gatwick.
Award winning gastro pubs are in easy walking and driving distance around the outskirts of Oxford as well as a wide range of well known restaurants within the City centre.
Oxford Brookes University has a sports centre open to the public within walking distance at their Harcourt Hill Campus offering a range of sports such as golf, tennis, squash, swimming and a gym.

This apartment is on the second floor and has a separate lounge with two leather settees, flat screen tv and blu ray player and first floor toilet. There is a separate kitchen/dining room fitted with a large extending oak table and 6 chairs and a second flat screen tv/dvd. The bedrooms are on the third floor each with their own ensuites with heated towel rails.
There is oak wood flooring throughout the second floor with underfloor heating together with carpets and underfloor heating on the top floor for the bedrooms. The kitchen is fitted with bright, modern contemporary units and quality appliances such as a cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Quality white crockery, glassware and all utensils are provided.
Situated in a private road the area is very quiet surrounded by countryside walks, a golf course and fields yet with immediate access to the main ring road of oxford and a 10 minute bus journey to the centre.

There is a large terrace/patio area with seating for the apartments and use of a shared garden.
Bicycles are available from the owners for guests to use.

The city of Oxford with its famous spires is a fascinating city to visit whether for work or pleasure. There are 39 colleges, a wide variety of museums, parks and botanical gardens to visit to see the history and architecture that Oxford is well known for. We also have a large shopping area together with a thriving musical and theatre scene and award winning restaurants to relax in.
Outside the city centre you can visit Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds, Waddesdon Manor or Stowe landscaped gardens easily from our base. Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon and Henley are a short drive.
Bicester Village Outlet Centre is good for a day's high end shopping or London is only an hour away on the train or bus if you wish to vist the capital to sightsee or visit the theatre or the shops.
