Xanadu is a 2 bedroom villa situated on a small luxury complex in the coastal fishing village of Nopigia, Western Crete.

Set in the midst of olive groves and vineyards and built on the coastline it blends classic Cretan architecture with modern sophistication and provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

This modern built villa has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is a shared swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with sun beds and table & chairs. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the patio or on the extensive tiled roof top which offers panoramic views of the bay and the surrounding mountains and countryside.

The villa is approximately 50m from the sea. You can enjoy the beautiful coastline by relaxing on the beach, swimming in the safe waters, enjoying lunch at the local tavernas or take a long coastal walk and enjoy the magnificent scenery

Guests will be met on arrival at the villa by an English representative who will welcome you to the villa, show you the amenities and answer any questions you may have.

There is a Welcome Pack which includes basic supplies of milk, bread, tea & coffee etc.

The Information Pack will provide you with details on local amenities and what to see in the area in order to make the most of your time in this part of Crete.

The property is wheelchair friendly being on the ground floor and easily accessible.

The lounge area has a large sofa (which turns into an extra double bed if required) and 2 comfy chairs.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a separate dining area. There are 2 equal sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin single beds and each bedroom has a large wardrobe with integral drawers and bedside cabinets.

There is one bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet, wash hand basin and mirror & light.

All the rooms have air conditioning.

The villa is equipped with: Flat Screen LCD Satellite Television, DVD player with DVDs / Games / Books/ Safe Deposit Box / Fire Alarm / Emergency Lighting.

The villa has a large flat top roof which has panoramic views and is ideal for sunbathing, barbecues and watching the sun go down!

There is ample parking beside the villa.

If Janet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
