About the home
Large 2 bedroomed villa on a small community. Very close to the beach and centre of town. Everything is walking distance a car is not required, but may be desireable to access the nearby pretty villages, more secluded beaches, country side and natural parks and world renown cave system.
Villa has a large lounge with TV,video, DVD and sky system. A separate dining room, enhanceds the living area and leads onto a large private sun terrace, which over looks the communual pool, which is right next door.
The dining room can be used as a third bedroom with twin beds, Please consult the owners (a fee of £50/pw is charge to cover additional laundry and cleaning).

The Costa del Sol region
Nerja enjoys more of an African climate than a northern european climate, being protected by the Sierra Navada mountains to the north. Giving an pleasant year round climate with over 300 days of sunshine and typical winter temperature of 10-20C.
Nerja is a very old town, and the area has been inhbited for thousands of year, with one of the largest cave systems in Europe.
Nerja's old town is a maze of little cobbled streets and traditional white Analuz houses, Pueblo andaluz is builtin a simular style.
The Nerja / Pueblo Andaluz area
Pueblo andaluz is a traditional Andaluz style community, with 2 communual pools.
The villas is situated overlooking the main pool, where you can sit on you private sun terrace and supervise your children in the pool.
The villa is situated 10 minutes walk for the centre of town and the celebrated Balcon de Europe, and only 5 minutes walk from Burriana Beach.
Nerja is a typical Andalucian, soutern Sapinish town and celibrates many festivals with parrades, including Easter, Christmas and a large selection of local saints days.
