About the home
The villa has two good sized bedrooms, one double one twin, both with pine fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, and ceiling fans. There is a comfortable lounge / dining area with ceiling fan and a log burner giving a very homely feel. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and both fully equipped, a ceramic hob and granite worktops gives the kitchen a luxurious touch.
Outside, to the rear is a beautiful terrace and private pool with views over the sea.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa Del Sol and Malaga are popular places for holiday makers all year round. This mainly due to the warm climate and the fact that there is plenty to see and do. There are many golf courses on the Costa Del Sol and the nearest to Nerja is Bavaria Golf.
You will also find many waterparks, themeparks, zoos and watersports all around the area. This makes it a perfect place for adults and children alike.
Nerjas most famous attraction is the caves. They are well worth a visit and throughout the year concerts and fetivals can be seen here.
The Nerja / Punta Lara area
Nerja town is a five minute drive or 20 minute walk along the beach with stunning mountain views. Just outside Nerja in nearby Maro is the Cuevas de Nerja with it's amazing limestone formations.
Buses, from the hotel opposite, run approximately every 20 minutes and taxi's into town are inexpensive if you do not want to hire a car, transfers to and from the airport can be arranged if required.
Punta Lara is a quiet, residential typically Spanish urbanisation situated 2 km to the west of Nerja town. There are five bar/restaurants on the urbanisation who all serve fresh local produce.
There are also several Spanish owned bar/restaurants along the beach where you can sample paella and tapas. As well as the local beaches there are many unspoilt coves along the coast. Burriana Beach is worth a look especially if you have children.
Nerja town has something for all ages, quiet resaurants, lively bars with traditional flamenco and Trutti Frutti Plaza if you want to dance the night away.
There are many fiestas throughout the year when the locals really go to town with spectacular floats and firework displays.
There are several inland villages worth exploring. Frigiliana is 3 km, a stunning whitewashed villiage with cobbled streets and cafes.

I stayed here with my husband young baby and my parents for 10 days in october and was very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. You do need a car, however, to get to the beaches, shops etc, but would highly recommend to a small family. You could walk but as it was so hot when we were there I wouldnt recommend it! First time ever we've not booked a package deal and couldn't have been easier, Lisa very helpful, even arranged our transfers. Villa is like a home from home with a private pool (which the 3 of us were never out of) plenty of room and lovely location for a relaxing break. Definitely will be back. The pretty villa is well situated with a lovely sea view. It was comfortable and very relaxing. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of being slightly out of town and managed perfectly well using the local taxi service, for the supermarket and into town to eat out. All communication with the owner was friendly and questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. We would love to stay there again.
