El alojamiento consta de una parcela de unos 500m2 totalmente vallado, distribuidas en una casa de 100m2 equipada al más mínimo detalle con tres habitaciones, dos dobles y una de matrimonio, dos baños completos, salón-comedor y cocina muy amplia y equipada. La parcela dispone también de un jardín de 50m2 y terrazas de unos 70m2.

Piscina privada, barbacoa, solárium, parking privado de hasta tres coches, hacen que su confort este totalmente garantizado, que añadido a su total privacidad harán de su estancia unas vacaciones inolvidables.

Entorno maravilloso con las mejores vistas de la localidad, turismo de mar y montaña, accesibilidad inmediata a ambos. Increíble amaneceres y puestas de sol.

Se encuentra a 5 minutos reales de coche (1,6 km) de la playa El Playazo, galardonada cada año con bandera azul, a 5 kilómetros de las conocidas Cuevas de Nerja y la pedanía de Maro con playas vírgenes y espectaculares acantilados.

El aeropuerto se encuentra a 55 kilómetros y las instalaciones de golf más cercanas a unos 15 kilómetros.

Senderismo a pie de puerta y cercanía a los supermercados lidl, mercadona y supersol (unos 3 km)

A 3,5 kilómetros del chalet hay un club de tenis y pádel, con posibilidad de reservar pistas. A unos 3,5 kilómetros , nos encontramos con el Estadio deportivo Enrique López Cuenca, con pistas de Atletismo, gimnasio y piscina Cubierta, con pistas de pádel, pudiéndose reservar en el patronato de Deportes de Nerja a un precio bastante económico. La Playa de Burriana (playa galardonada con la Q turística de calidad cada año) y a una distancia de 3,4 kilómetros dispone de toda clase de actividades acuáticas como buceo, excursiones en kayak y deportes acuáticos, así como una amplia variedad gastronómica distribuidas en infinidad de chiringuitos y cafeterías que rodean a esta emblemática playa.

    If RAFAEL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
