2 bedroom apartment to sleep 4 in Jardin 5 close to all resort facilities

An air conditioned first floor apartment with a large roof top solarium overlooking a communal pool, attractive gardens,play area and swimming pool. The solarium has views of the Sierra Espuna mountains and surrounding countryside along with views overlooking the lake on the Jack Nicklaus golf course . The open plan living area has just been fully refurbished and is furnished with a three seater sofa and chair, dining table and 4 chairs.

There is also, hair-dryer, 32' TV, English satellite TV/radio, Spanish digital TV, DVD player, internet connection, books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, etc.

The main bedroom as a double bed whilst the second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to make double beds.

On the spacious roof solarium there is a table and four chairs with a parasol, and sunbeds.

The apartment is great for either family or golf holidays and is within easy walking distance of all resort facilities.

Condado de Alhama is the latest resort to be completed by Polaris World. It is situated about fifthteen minutes drive from the coast at Puerto Mazzaron and about the same distance from the beautiful city of Murcia.

This is a secure, safe resort designed with families in mind. It is set in gated community with 24 hour security. The 18 hole Jack nicklaus designed golf course is superb and has attracted compliments from professionals and amateurs alike. It is recognised as one of the finest new golf courses in Spain. You can enjoy reduced green fees when renting this apartment.

Just a short walk from the apartment, there is a well stocked supermarket at Al kasar, the commecial centre of the resort. Also there is bars and restaurants here also. Al kasar also houses the administration office for the golf course. Full details of the resort can be found at

Also at the resort, there is the Condado Club, where you can play football, tennis, basketball, squash and paddle tennis along with going to the gym. The club is a great social centre where you can watch Sky Sports and pass many an hour. There are three satellite TV screens showing leading sports events. There are also games such as pool. Tennis tuition can be arranged along with child care.

There are swimming pools and children's play areas just a few yards from the apartment in each direction
