Private parking is available at the rear of the property with locked gates.

Payments by cheque must be received 2 weeks in advance before arrival date.
The property is in a quiet residential area and not suitable for late night parties, loud music or boisterous behaviour.
Min stay is 3 nights but only want to stay 2 nights? By booking the extra night means you don't have to rush out at 11am, relax and spend the rest of the day at this lovely property.
Check In is at 4pm and Check Out is 11.00am.
On change-over days it takes time to clean the property thoroughly between guests, making the property sparkling clean ready for your arrival. If an early/late check in or departure is required then we will do all we can to facilitate you. However, this may not always be possible. If and early/late check in or departure is vital, then we recommend guests book the extra night.
The Cumbria/Lake District
Morecambe Bay forms part of the north west coastline of England and lies across the counties of Lancashire and Cumbria, and is on the edge of the Lake District.
The historical city of Lancaster can be reached by car or just 6 minutes by train and has many interesting places to see. Lancaster Castle is a must.
Heysham is a small attractive village and can be reached by car, bus, cycle or by foot - passing by the fabulous Midland Hotel to take in the art deco nostalgia.
For Nature lovers and bird watchers a visit to Leighton Moss, Sandside, Arnside, Silverdale, all within easy reach by car and on route you would pass the fabulous deer park at Dallam Park, a beautiful scene for all.
For the more energetic visit Warton Crag, Farlton Knott, The Lake District and start your climb.
Shopping - visit, Lancaster, Kendal, Windermere, Preston, by car or train.
Bare village is an upmarket suburb of Morecambe. With its bustling 'quainte' shops and two public houses within walking distance, you will not be disappointed with this location. Walking distance to Happy Mount Park and Morecambe Golf Club.
