Unique design makes this apartment with 2 private entrances , no communal area and lovely sheltered courtyard with its own orange tree, feel like a villa. Located In a long established and exceptionally well maintained small complex it is comfortably furnished and equipped to a very high specification as we use it regularly ourselves as our holiday home. We hope we have provided everything you need to enjoy your holiday , but please do ask if you have any special requests. Our English speaking representative lives locally and is available should you require assistance or have any emergencies The sparkling pool is just 20yards through lovely gardens, (and you usually have it all to yourselves except in high season!)
Just a short stroll to the wonderful Playa with a wide selection of friendly restaurants and bars and chirinquitos (beachbars) Miles of Blue Flag beaches where you can relax or enjoy most watersports,incl. scuba diving. Tennis, quadbiking, horseriding/treking , bowls, mini golf or for the real thing how about a round on Europes only desert course only 30 minutes away, there are other courses nearby and a new one being opened in time for this summer also. Jazz and live music bars, super nightclubs right on the beach there really is something for everyone. Visit the Spectacular Moorish Village with its tiny narrow streets, whitewashed houses , sip your coffee taking in the breathtaking views down over the plains
Carparking directly outside and no steps means you don't have to haul suitcases or shopping( so unusual for Mojacar!)
Comprising large bright livingroom/dining room with satellite TV (BBC etc) DVD, Sunroom with wicker furniture. afternoon tea?..... Courtyard has a table and barbeque for al fresco dining Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, large fridge freezer,washing machine , microwave, cooker, toaster,,juicer etc. Three bedrooms, Master with en suite, twinroom and a "caveroom" so popular with 'kids'of all ages!!
A typical day day would comprise, fresh hot rolls for breakfast with the papers, a swim in the pool then down to the beach for some sunbathing , a drink in one of the great beachbars with tapas,back to the apartment for lunch , followed by a siesta then another swim , change of clothes a glass of wine and the hard decision walking past all the restaurants of trying to decide where to eat tonight......followed perhaps by some jazz or live music then stroll home to a peaceful nights sleep.......

Almeria is th unspolit coast well serviced with Almeria and Murcia airports.
Gabo de Gato is a wonderful natural park with th most fantastic scenery and tranquil waters.
Mojacar area
Mojacar is a romantic Moorish village three kilometers above the Playa , miles of wide sandy beaches, many of them are Blue Flag
This area enjoys the best climate in Spain , with more hours of sunshine and more temperate winters. Its a lovely location for a winter holiday.

Further details indoors: This is a an especially large apartment which you will find very comfortable. It is great for young children as they have so much room to play in safely, from the courtyard ( you can tie the top of the gate ) through to the kitchen, livingroom, up to the cave room and bedroom and then out to the sunroom there is an amazing amount of secure space. No high terraces or balconies to worry about!.
The secluded courtyard has a table and chairs and is ideal for dinner on a hot night.
The pool is just 20 paces away and you will usually have it to yourselves.(except in high season)
As we have equipped this apartment for our our own holidays we are sure you will find it more comfortable than the normal rental property. What really attracted us to it was the size and location we love being able to stroll down and night and select from one of the many restaurants to choose from and not have to worry about driving! Its so close to the beach we hardly ever use the car except for weekly supermarket shopping. There is a little bakery just at the end of the road... hot bread with fresh coffee and juice thats breakfast sorted!!

We supply towels but respectfully ask that you bring your own beachtowels
Reservations are taken on payment of 50% of the rental the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Plus a Separate cheque for £75.00 accidental damage deposit.( this will only be cashed if there is actual damage or exceptional cleaning charges)
We accept Sterling or Euro whichever is most convenient for you.
As we are unable to give refunds we do ask you to please ensure you have holiday insurance.

Our friends recommended your apartment to us and we have had th best holiday there. We could not fault it on any level and there was nothing more we could want for . We have been going to Mojacar for 5 years but this was the best place we have ever stayed in Our children want to know when are we going back MB. 2008.
We had the most fabulous holiday, even though the weather in January wasn't great we all found plenty to do and everyone ... even the kids loved it. The apartment was everything you promised and we really enjoyed being there. We will be back soon I hope.
Your pool is my favourite place in the world, floating on my back gazing at the mountains...I cant wait to go back again. This was my 3rd time staying in this apartment and everytime you have made some more improvements. We all love it and feel like its our home from home!!
We have just got back from a great holiday. Your apartment was huge ! and was everything you said it would be we really enjoyed Mojacar and feel we hit the jackpot with our accommodation. We will be in touch to book next year soon.
The apartment was super and its location was just perfect, we loved being able to walk everywhere, it meant we could both enjoy a drink and with so many restaurants nearby we were spolit for choice. Having a washing machine and dishwasher made life easier with the children. We have already recommended you to our friends.
