Home description
Bright spacious apartment ideal for families or couples/golfers. Situated in Las Cumbres, one of the most sought after complexes on th Playa known for their spectacular views and super location. Only minutes from miles of sandy Blue Flag beaches, great selection of restaurants, shops, etc. With a regular bus service along the playa a car is not required. The apartment is extremely well presented the livingroom has doors leading to a large terrace complete ( if you want shade) with retractable side and roof awnings. Enjoy meals watching the fishing boats and yachts on the sparkling sea, or dine whilst sunset magicaly transforms the playa into a twinkling fairyland.
Two airconditiond bedrooms, master with Kingsize bed and doors to terrace the second large bedroom has a Double bed and sturdy pine bunkbeds has its own private terrace. There is plenty of storage space and wardrobes. As we use the apartment ourselves it is somewhat different to the usual rental units, we have equipped it to a standard we hope you will enjoy but if you have any special requests please do let us know.

The Costa de Almeria region
The Romantic coast is one of the last unspoilt areas, with its rich history and spectacular scenry, mountains and miles of beaches in this amazing area. You can visit Mini Hollywood ,A Fistfull Of Dollars and Lawrence of Arabia were filmed here, Gabo de Gato is a huge natural park with fantastic coves and mountain regions. (boat excursions from Mojacar during thre summer)
Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area
Mojacar is a super location for a holiday situated on the "Romantic " unspolit Almeria coast enjoying the best all year climate in Spain with more hours of sunshine.
The dramatic Moorish Pueblo on the mountain with tiny narrow streets and surprises around every corner is well worth a visit. On the Playa you will not find high rise buildings instead charming beachbars and friendly restaurants all reasonably priced and offering a wonderful slection of cuisines.Shops etc. Quadbiking, Scubadiving, tennis, horseriding, GOLF many excellent courses within one hour drive including "Desert Springs" the only European desert course. Paragliding, Waterparks, Mini Hollywood. Hill walking, Bowls, mini golf, Great nightclubs and Jaz / music bars.

We have an English agent resident in Mojacar who will assist you in any way possible.
Although we supply towels we do ask that your bring your own beach towels. There are beachtoys,buckets,spades etc in the utility cupboard.
Further details
We ask for a £75.00 accidental damage deposit. This should be int he form of a separate CHEQUE AS IT IS NOT CASHED UNLESS THERE IS ACTUAL DAMAGE CAUSED OR EXTRA CLEANING COSTS
Reservations are made on payment of 50% of the rental with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Sterling cheques accepted if this is more convenient for you.
As we are unable to provide refunds please ensure that you have adequate Holiday Insurance
