This spacious bright apartment is situated in one o f the most sought after complexes just above the Beach, popular because of the super large size( 67sq.m) also for their spectacular views and super location only minutes from the Playa. Miles of unspolit sandy beaches , many of which have been awarded Blue Flags for cleanliness. Situated overlooking the long prettty Promenade where you will find shops, a wide selection of excellent reasonably priced restaurants , bistros cafes and friendly beachbars . We are close to one of the most famous of these chirinquitos Great for lunch, tapas , live music and sunbeds on the beach .



The apartment is extremely well presented the Living/diningroom has SKY TV, , BBC etc. DVD , books, etc.
It is elegantly furnished with sliding doors lead to the large main terrace, complete with retractable side and roof awnings for your comfort and privacy while sunbathing and table and chairs so you can breakfast, lunch or later dine whilst the sunset magicaly transforms the playa below into a twinkling fairyland.

Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher,el.cooker,microwave,large fridge freezer,washing machine, coffee maker, juicer Toaster, iron and ironing board,etc. etc. Glassware, and safe plastic beakers for the beach.
It features a catering quality double sink with hose tap.

Two airconditioned bedrooms,with top quality linens, the Master bedroom has a SuperKingsize extra long bed and doors to the terrace while the other large bedroom has a Double bed and sturdy pine bunkbeds and has its own private terrace with seaviews , chairs and a clothes drying facility

As we use the apartment ourselves as our holiday home we hope we have equipped it to a high standard but if you have any special requests please do let us know we will do our best to facilitate you in any way to make your stay more enjoyable

We have a KEYSAFE outside the apartment so late or early arrivals /departures do not cause any problems and, more importantly, you do not have to worry meeting a keyholder if your flight is delayed . We are a 1 hour drive from Almeria airport and we provide clear directions , it very easy to find this apartment!

Our english speaking resident agent will be on hand to assist you if required and will provide a Basic Welcome Pack for your arrival.

The Costa de Almeria region

Costa Almeria enjoys the best climate in Spain, with more days of sunshine , approx 300 days per year and more hours of daylight than anywhere else. With reliable sunshine, blue skies and unspolit relaxed pace of life its an ideal vacation destination. Carefully controlled building regulations mean very few high rise buildings to mar the coast. Instead you will find mostly attractive Moorish style developments along miles of wide sandy beaches, many Blue Flag .

Gabo de Gato is a huge natural park with fantastic coves and mountain regions. (boat excursions from Mojacar during thre summer)

Mojacar / Mojacar Playa area

The dramatic Moorish Pueblo n the foothills of the mountains is a sugar cube "white village" with tiny narrow streets , dramatic views and a surprise around every corner is well worth a visit. On the Playa you will find the most charming beachbars and friendly restaurants all reasonably priced and offering a wonderful selection of cuisines. Stroll along the pretty promenade that runs for miles.
At night you can dine watching the sunset over the sea and then visit a spectacular nightclub or disco. There are new shopping centres and many activities are easily accessible i.e.Quadbiking, Scubadiving, tennis, horseriding, Golf ( many excellent courses within one hour drive including "Desert Springs" the only European desert course.) Paragliding, Waterparks, Mini Hollywood. Hill walking, Bowls, mini golf, Microlite flights, etc.etc.

Guestbook for Las Cumbres

We booked this lovely apartment for 7 days in mid June 2009 and we had a fantastic holiday. If you love a terrace with genuine, fantastic sea views like we do then you will not be disappointed.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is to hand and a small welcome pack was in the apartment for our arrival which was appreciated after an early morning start !

The retractable awnings on the balcony came in handy at all times of the day, either to shield from the 30 degree sunshine or at night for a bit of privacy. The aircon was also great at nighttime.

In a great location very close to bars and restaurants, we were spoilt for choice but a couple of our favourites nearby were Playa Blanca & bar Lua. The fresh fish and meat cooked on a wooden fire is not to be missed then on for a drink in the very cool Bar Lua.

Our enquiries were always dealt with very politely and efficiently and overall my wife and I were very happy and would have no problem recommending this apartment to anyone who was interested.

A LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE.....This super apartment was exactly as the friendly owner had described and the lovely photos suggest. We were given very helpful information and with lots of useful and thoughtful tips about Mojacar and the surrounding area. The view from the terrace is really delightful and its the perfect place to sit,drink relax sunbathing etc.
We spent our days either relaxing on the terrace, swimming in the shared pool or playing games with our 11 and 8 year old sons on the beautiful beach and jumping through the waves- the sea was quite rough at times despite absolutely perfect weather but we all loved it!!!
We did eat out in sometimes but rather liked having our meals sitting out on the large terrace where the views looks so pretty,especially at night and we could then read,chat or play cards. The apartment has all you need to enjoy your stay thouraghly comfortable so cooking etc. is easy. A car is definetly a good idea especially if you want to go sightseeing and the road up to the apartment is quite steep! However the climb is worth it, as the splendid panoramic views are truly memorable once you reach the apartment.
I would recommend this as an ideal place to stay if you want to get away from it all and enjoy simple pleasures. we were sad to leave but felt really refereshed and energized by a most enjoyable holiday. VT 2008

This summer was our first holiday in the Mojacar area. It turned out to be one of our best holidays..Mojacar is such a lovely place Iverna,s apartment was just great. Clean as could be Spotless beds and bedlinen The terraces are great to sit out on I spent many hours relaxing and just watching the world go by The sea view is just fantastic We hired a car at Almeria which is really a necessity Here too Iverna,s advice proved great...
