Our villa comprises of three bedrooms, made up of one double with en-suite, and two twin rooms The large living and dining area leads onto a covered terrace, ideal for dining or sunbathing. The luxurious interiors are spacious and light. Fully air-conditioned. Landscaped gardens and a spacious roof top terrace, with a further terrace from the master bedroom.
A short drive away is the beautiful Spanish village of Mijas, with its rustic charm.The bustling resorts of Fuengirola and Benelmadena are also within easy reach. Ideal for families who want a quality holiday.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol stretches along the Mediterranean coastline of Spain. Mijas / Buena Vista, Mijas area
Mijas village is a picturesque, typical Andalucian village perched high above the Costa Del Sol, with spectacular views of the coast and surrounding mountains. Take the time to explore the narrow cobbled streets complete with terraces overflowing with geraniums, red tile roofs and archways. The village still retains it's traditions, with the most famous being the donkey rides. The donkeys line the central plaza of Mijas. There is a host of restaurants and souvenir shops. Mijas also has Spains only square plaza de toros ( bullring ).
There's plenty to do. There is the coast's biggest amusemnt park, Tivoli World, close by. Selwa Park is home to more than 2000 animals in 100 hectares. Fuengirola zoo is a modern zoo designed to replicate the natural habitat of each of the animals. Mijas Water Park is one of the best water fun parks around. There is a wave pool, Kamikaze slide, water shutes, adventure river with winding raft slides and a mini aqua park for the children.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga. Cheap flights are available from various airports in the UK.

Our villa is easily reached by car. It is a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport.
On exiting the airport, travel approximately 2km. On the right hand side is a BMW garage, take the next turning after this garage, this is the A7(N340). Travel for approximately 10km. Take exit 217 signposted Benalmadena/Mijas. 3 minutes up this road is the urbanisation of Buena Vista. Turn right into Buena Vista and you will see the security gates. Follow the road. Take the second exit off the roundabout. After 300 yards turn left into Balcones De Mijas. There is CCTV and a security gate at the entrance to the villas.

Patio doors lead to the terrace. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom with shower, WC, and vanity unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with a range of base and eye level cupboards, cooker with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Living/dining area is spacious with patio doors leading to the covered terrace and landscaped garden. Leather sofas, coffee table, TV and DVD player. Dining table and chairs. Downstaires cloakroom with WC, and vanity unit.
Further details outdoors: Our villa has 60 sqm of garden and terrace on the first floor. This is beautifully landscaped and has a dining table and chairs. Four sun beds are provided. The second floor terrace is accessed from the master bedroom and bedroom 2. A spiral staircase leads off this to a private roof top terrace.

Our property has an intergral garage offering secure parking.
Further details
Check in is 14.00 unless otherwise agreed. Departure is 11.00 unless otherwise agreed. A 50% deposit is required to secure and hold your booking. The remainder and a security/breakage deposit is due 4 weeks prior to your stay. The security/breakage deposit will be refunded on your return, once we have confirmed that our villa is in the same condition as when you arrived.
For golfing holidays, we request a maximum of four people.
Conditions
The prices are for our villa for a week. Prices available for stays of less than a week.
You are required to have the appropriate travel insurance. We cannot accept liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of rental.
