About the home

Casa Suenos offers a very comfortable home from home feeling and is located in a very peaceful area of the resort overlooking a beautiful fountain area to the front with a South West facing rear garden for sunbathing and BBQs yet is within easy reach of the resort centre.

The resort has everything you will need for the perfect holiday such as bar's and restaurants, a bank, supermarket and gym. You can book your golf on the resort or play one of the many courses in the area.

Our aim is comfort and enjoyment and we have provided ample crockery and other utensils for our guests.

Towels, linen, high chair, travel cot and beach towels are all included.

There is also a good selection of family and children's games and a wide range of books. Very comfortable beds.

You have seating for 8 to dine, 4 sun loungers and pool toys.

Flexible change over days. We do our best to fit in with guests flight time but in high season this can be rather difficult. Departure by 11am and arrival after 4pm other arrangements to be agreed prior to arrival.

For late arrival a welcome pack can be arranged with our villa management people.

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL!!!!!

Conditions

* Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
* Refundable breakages deposit of £200.00 required with final payment, to be refunded within two weeks of
your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
* 25% booking deposit required to secure booking.
* Final payment due 8 weeks before arrival.
* A cleaning and laundry fee of 86€ is to be paid to property manager on arrival.
* Departure by 11 a.m and arrival after 4 p.m

The town of Los Alcazares is just a 5 minute drive away and the wonderful city of Murcia with its new water park is just 15 minutes. The La Manga strip and Cartagena are also within easy reach. “A perfect place in the sun” The villa is a credit to the owners. It has everything you could possibly want and a lot of thought has been given to all furnishings, accessories and equipment. Everything is of a very high standard and the beds are really comfortable. The golf complex is 5* and is exceptionally clean and maintained. It is located about 20 mins from the airport and a car would be needed if you wanted to take advantage of the many resorts/towns within the region. There are many good restaurants in the area catering for everybody. Overall, there were no complaints and I would certainly recommend a holiday here.

We had a really nice relaxed holiday and would highly recommend the villa to everyone. We found it so relaxing that we did not venture to far from the resort, but the local beach was only a short drive, it was fantastic, all went into Cartagena, went for an hour and ended up spending the whole day. The villa and the area are a must visit. Our stay was in November and the weather was GREAT!!!, Villa was GREAT!!!! AND A NICE TIME WAS HAD BY ALL.

This is a great resort to bring your family. Plenty to do on site so you don't need a car. Restaurants on site are good if a bit pricey for every day. However the site shop has everything you need to make a super barbecue at your villa. Wine, prawns, more wine!!I really recommend this villa and cheap flights are available to either Murcia or Alicante with Ryanair or Easyjet. TRY IT!!

I would definitely recommend a villa at Mar Menor Golf Resort to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing holiday in Casa Suenos. It is very well equipped and not overlooked. The complex itself Polaris World is very secure and has 3 onsite restaurants which are well worth trying in particular the restaurant within the hotel - the food is to die for! The beach is a 5 min drive away and is just so idilyic: well worth going to. This has been my second visit to the villa and will definitely be returni ...

The Mar Menor Golf Resort is a fantastic resort and Casa Suenos has a super position in the resort. The villa is far enough away from the hotel and resort centre that we could have a pleasant morning walk to the shop before it got too hot. Yummy fresh bread!!!

Unfortunately the communal pool wasn't open during our stay but we had super fun in the villa pool and most days the kids didn't want to leave to go on a trip. My 6 year old loved the steps as he isn't a confident swimmer - big bonus to have steps!!! The villa was extremely well equipped and lots of information to hand for the local area.

We loved the food places just outside the resort (tapas bar was great).

We will definitely return to this area and if it's available, will be renting this villa again.

Guest 7th Dec 2010 Excellent villa, well equiped and central for touring the mar menor. We enjoyed our stay and would have no problem recommending it too family and friends. We found lots of information at villa for things to do and places to eat along with some fantastic links on the Casa Suenos website. Our holiday on the Mar Menor golf resort was lovely. The villa was furnished too a high standard was very comfortable especially the beds. The location of the villa was ideal as it was very peaceful in a quite cul de sac on the resort yet only a 5 minute walk to all amenities.

I would recommend the hire of a car too explore the area. The local beach at Los Alacazares was just 5 minutes or so by car, the beautiful port of Cartagena was a 10 minute drive and Murcia city centre only 20 minutes. The waterpark is well worth a visit.

This villa and resort is excellent and once the new golf course is open it can only get better and I would recommend it too all family and friends.

The owners were most helpful and responded without delay to all questions asked. (of where there were many) .
