The resort is situated in a tranquil setting and is close to Murcia San Javier and Alicante Airports, with local beaches, shops and restaurants within easy driving distance. Facilities at the resorts community centre (5 minutes walk) include a large swimming pool, children’s pool, Jacuzzi, gym, tennis court, hairdressers, beauty salon, mini supermarket, bank, bars and restaurant. Adjacent is the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel with additional facilities. The region enjoys a perfect all year round climate with over 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of 21C. The Villa is one of the larger 4 bedroom designs with a large lounge area and adjoining kitchen and outside patio area. It has been furnished to a high standard with satellite TV reception providing English channels including sport. Featuring En Suite to Main Bedroom with bath/ shower, 2nd Bathroom with shower and downstairs cloakroom with corner shower unit.

The villa is ideally located both close to the entrance of the resort and close to the resort centre where the Hotel and community complex can be found. It is sited in one of the larger garden plots providing adequate privacy from neighbouring villas. To the front of the villa is an open grassed area with palm trees, fountains and places to sit and enjoy the surroundings.
