Lovely 3 bedroom apartment with spectacular views across Madrid. From the apartment you can see the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza of Spain, Madrid de los Austrias, San Francisco el Grande, the four towers of Castellana, etc .. It is an apartment located in the prestigious El Mirador de los Austrias, which has extensive gardens, three swimming pools, concierge service, 24 hour security and parking included. Guests can enjoy the pool service in the summer season (from late June to early September). The complex has three swimming pools (two for children and one for adults). Also you can enjoy beautiful private gardens surrounding all of urbanization, perfect for both adults and children. The price is included a garage in urbanization with direct access by elevator to the apartment. This question makes a perfect place to leave the car at home and around the city on foot or by public transport. The house is in a privileged enclave, one of the only private developments in the city center with pools, gardens, etc ,,, and just one step away from the tourist area of ​​Madrid, but without the hassle of the streets from the center. The house is surrounded by three parks: the Park Green Wedge, Caramuel Park and the new space Rio Madrid. Also it is next to a shopping center and entertainment (Centro Comercial La Ermita). The house is 5 minutes walk from Madrid Rio, a 10-minute walk from Puente de Segovia and 20 minuntos walk from the Puerta del Sol, Plaza of Spain, Gran Via or Rastro. The location of the house makes it perfect for sightseeing in the most comfortable way, with the qualities of a home with all amenities in a privileged setting, surrounded by parks and very quiet and safe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kiko (the owner) a message.

If Kiko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
