Villa Maximus is AMAZINGLY POSITIONED Directly next to the Natural Sea Cliffs of Los Gigantes and over looks the Picturesque Village & Marina which will allow you COMPLETE RELAXATION with SENSATIONAL PRIVATE VIEWS of the Sea, Famous Cliffs (The Giants - Spectacular National Beauty Spot) & the Islands of La Gomera & La Palma. Completely Renovated & Redesigned to an Exacting Standard with Air Conditioning, Cosy Furniture, Beds, Bathrooms & a State of the Art Kitchen with Granite Work Surfaces. The Living Area is Very Spacious & has the benefit of a 60' Flat Screen TV receiving BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV 1, Chan 4, 5 plus Film Channels a DVD Player with a large selection of films and in addition we have a Bose Sound System with iPod Dock allowing Guests to play music of their Choice. Once you have entered the Property our representaive will offer you refreshments before taking you on a guided tour around the Villa. Our representative will do her best to ensure you are completly comfortable and that you are familiar with the Villa Layout and how all the Villa utilities operate. Our representative speaks both English and Spanish and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have with reference to Los Gigantes and the surrounding area. In the Villa you will find our Villa Guide which again will have lots of information in it to help you locate local amenties, places of interest and things to do whilst on your holiday. In the Villa guide will be our representatives telephone number who will be on hand in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Amazing Location with Outstanding Views: The Villa is positioned in an amazing location so it is strongly suggested you pack your binoculars, the Sensational Picturesque Views from the terraces allow you to look out over the bay towards the islands of La Gomera and La Palma which you can see during your holiday. The most important view is certainly the cliff's of Los Gigantes which are completley awe inspiring and considering our Villa is postioned directly next to the cliff's you will have your own private viewing 24 hours a day. The marina is situated below the Villa affording you fantistic views of the small boats and fishing vessels leaving & entering the Marina. Look just outside the Marina and if you are lucky you will see bottlenose dolphins, spotted dolphins and common dolphins surfacing in the clear blue waters of the bay & if you are very fortunate you can even see long finned pilot whales, these animals are amazing & are well worth looking out for whilst you are relaxing and sunbathing on the Villa Terraces. Nature really is all around you at the villa so when you look up the cliff behind the villa you can see lot's of different types of birds nesting and flying past along with rabbits and goats running wild on the cliff edge.

I have been successfully renting my villas in Tenerife for over 12 years. My Villas were chosen by me for their unique locations and fantastic facilities, benefiting from frequent repeat guest bookings. I live in the UK but I have a villa manager located in Tenerife who along with myself is always on hand should you have issue or require information whilst on holiday. During your stay we are always on hand should you have any issue please do contact us. My Villa Manager will meet and great you upon arrival at the villa, show you around ensure you are comfortable and pass over the keys to allow you to have a fantastic holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
