High quality 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house adjacent to communal swimming pool, within walking distance of PGA golf course at Roda, bars, restaurants and children's play park. The property has a private landscaped garden with BBQ and seating for nine to the front, and stunning communal courtyard with fountain to the rear. Adjacent to the house is the communal pool with large area for sunbathing. The house is furnished to an excellent standard providing a very comfortable home from home. Fully equipped kitchen, Air-conditioning for summer and beautiful log fire burner for winter, providing comfort whatever the season. The property benefits from a very large roof terrace with artificial grass, rattan seating and sun-loungers and large dining area enjoying stunning views towards the mountains and sea. A fantastic place to watch the sun go down on those balmy nights.

When I was informed of the issues, I immediately contacted my keyholder who recommended a company that could deal with the plumbing and air conditioning issues. As you will appreciate it is hard to get good contractors out at short notice in Spain in August, but I regularly communicated with the traveller via text to keep them up to date. I was advised by the company once they had remedied the issues, and my keyholder then checked to ensure everything was ok. The traveller then claimed all of the issues had not been fixed, which I find hard to believe With regards the key fob issue for the pool, my last travellers stayed there for two weeks and had no issue with the fob. They departed on the morning these travellers arrived. Once I was advised of the problem, I contacted the president of the community, who is the only person authorised to issue new fobs, however she was in the UK at the time, but once she arrived in Spain, the issue was resolved With regards the shower drain issue, the only company I would trust to do that were unable to attend until the 28th, due to their heavy workload. This blockage has now been resolved With regards the oven, my keyholder managed to find a company that does this, but they were not available until the 29th. However, there was still an electric hob and microwave that could have been used, so they still had the ability to cook food. This issue has now also been resolved. I feel that all issues were dealt with as quickly as professional contractors could attend, and the holidaymaker was kept up to date on a very regular basis I trust this clarifies matters, and rest assured any issues that have been brought to my attention have now been resolved

Why can't I call Rob (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rob (the owner) a message.

If Rob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
