A very popular apartment complex with 3 gorgeous swimming pools which all have smaller children’s pool and 2 with easy access for people with mobility challenges. This is a very safe and secure complex within easy walking distances to bars, restaurants, super markets and the beach.

Casa Bonita is located right onto 2 of the swimming pools, but also benefits from a lovely private garden with plenty of outside seating located on the ground floor. The furnishings are all good quality and the apartment is modern. It benefits from doors from the living room onto a balcony with a few steps down to the wrap around garden with views to 2 of the 3 swimming pools on the complex.

It has central air-conditioning, wifi, English and Spanish television.

This beautiful ground floor apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with open plan kitchen. The terrace of the property is facing to the lovely garden with views to the communal pool. The Residential benefits from several communal pools and a toddlers pool and these are surrounded by well-maintained communal gardens. The nearest beach is within 10 minutes walk and there is a central square within 7 minutes walk of the property which has supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, banks, internet access.

All bedding and towels will be provided. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately we could not get the plug repaired before you left and we were not aware the rattan furniture had broken, until you brought it to our attention. We are sorry about these inconveniences. The owner has purchased a new set of patio furniture and the bathroom sink plug now has a new fitting so it drains perfectly. Sorry again for your disappointment. I disagree with your comment that the owner admitted she had not been upfront about the problems. The problems were solved within a short period unfortunately too late for your stay.
