Welcome to your home in Lisbon !

My spacious 220 square metres, 3 bedroom apartment, is located in a traditional 1930's building, lovingly restored for modern living and is perfect for families or friends travelling together to enjoy a luxury stay right by all the amazing things that the city has to offer.

LOCATION - Could NOT be better !

The emblematic 28 tram stops at the bottom of the street , and the Se or Cathedral (the oldest church in the capital) is just around the corner.

You are 10 mins walk to the Sao Jorge Castle and 5 min walk to Metro, River boat terminal and main shopping areas of Baixa and Chiado.

You are surrounded by great shops and restaurants and a good supermarket Pingo Doce.

RELAX IN LUXURY

Whilst you enjoy the spacious living room with 55 inch smart TV and free Netflix and 150 channels of international cable TV, your kids can chill in the media room off the kitchen with its own Netflix and XBOX Console.

I want travelling to be as comfortable if not more so than being at home, so I've equipped the apartment with SuperKing 180cm wide beds which are normally configured as doubles but can all also be configured for you as twin beds in each bedroom if you advise me before arrival. When joined together, they are totally seamless.

You will dream the night away in luxury bed linens, dry off in large fluffy towels and enjoy the unlimited ondemand supply of high pressure hot water from the brand new boiler.

All my bedrooms, media room and lounge have blackout blinds.

FAMILY FRIENDLY

If you are travelling with toddlers or babies, I've put a cot, baby high chair and some toys in the apartment to help them enjoy Lisbon so you do too !

Older children and teens will appreciate the media room equipped with a 2nd 46 inch flatscreen TV which also has Netflix and an XBOX ONE with two controllers loaded with Fifa, ForteNite, Minesweeper and Rocket League.

EQUIPMENT

I've equipped the large Kitchen with everything you and your loved ones will need including fridge/ freezer, washing machine / tumble dryer, gas cooker hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and more.

There is an iron and ironing board and 2 powerful hairdryers to help you get ready for night out on the town in Lisbon.

Strong Wifi signal throughout plus Air Conditioning in all areas, including the Kitchen (this is very rare in Lisbon!) where you can prepare and enjoy family meals around the dining table together .

The apartment has a safe which is large enough to store large tablets and laptops in, and guarding you whilst you sleep are Nest Protect fire and carbon monoxide detectors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
