400 m2 Family Mansion opposite a white sandy beach in a beautiful garden of palm trees, with private pool and housekeeper/cook for 4-7 people.

This Villa is located in a very quiet area, far away from tourism in the south of the Island 5 minutes away from Morne Brabant by car where you will find the golf course and water sports facilities.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden of palm trees, with the sea at the left and a great view of the well known Mountain Le Morne.

Bathing in front of the house is ideal for small children, with its white and fine sandy beach and shallow water.

The south coast is wild and natural with beautiful beaches and cliffs further to the east.

2 housekeepers come 6x/week in the morning to clean and make the beds. This service is included in the price.

The international spot for kiting and windsurfing called « One Eye » is only 5 minutes away by car.

You can rent a fishing boat in the nearby village of Le Morne for trips on the lagoon.

The bus comes every half hour and stops right in front of the house.

In Riviere Noire, you will discover deep sea fishing. You call also see dolphins and enjoy catamaran outings, diving and snorkeling.

Golf is possible at Le Morne Brabant, 5 min. by car or at Bel Ombre, 10 min. by car.

CHEZ ZAZA and LA COCOTERAIE are located in a magnificent garden of very green lawn and surrounded by coconut trees, on a private property that breeds deer, 30 meters away is a very large white sandy beach with a wonderful view of the Morne mountain. The beach is deserted all week, 5 minutes from Paradis golf course and One Eye for kiting, 10 minutes from Bel Ombre golf course and 25 minutes from the Chamarel site Riviere Noire is a 20 minutes car ride where you can find the Ruisseau Creole, shopping mall housing shops that sell all the top mark in clothes.

To access the house:

From the airport head towards Le Morne located south west of the island. Take the coast road. After the village of Baie du Cap and the Maconde road you will arrive at La Prairie just before the village of Le Morne. The house is located in a coconut grove and has a peach sheet roof. It is the only house in the area with the sea on the right and a view of the Morne mountain.

Indeed it is a private villa with many personal items in contrary to a hotel, so that until now guests said they felt very much at home … For further guest: simply ask if you’d like items to be removed please. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
