Capers is located in the peaceful, exclusive area of Latchi, just 300 metres from the sea and the beautiful Akamas Bay . A short distance away are the famous 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the untouched beauty of the Akamas National Park. The nearby fishing village of Latchi is renowned for its excellent tavernas serving fresh fish and traditional Cypriot dishes.
This comfortable and luxurious villa is just a 5 minute stroll away from the beach. It is set in its own spacious gardens (1000 sq.m. plot) and borders open countryside at the rear; sea and mountain views are enjoyed from the balconies. The 8m x 4m private pool has a safety fence, invaluable for those with children, and is surrounded by lawns, sun terraces and a BBQ / shaded terrace. The villa is furnished to a high standard and benefits from full air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a comfortable stay in any season. Toddler friendly - the villa is well equipped for young children, with a cot, high chair, stair gates, toys and changing mat all provided.
The rental tarrif is fully inclusive of A/C, linen, towels (including pool towels), high chair, cot and welcome pack. There are no additional charges.

There is full air conditioning and central heating throughout the villa. There are stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs. (These are fully retractable when not in use).

The large 8m x 4m private swimming pool has a ladder leading into the shallow end. There is a specially designed children's safety fence surrounding the pool with a self closing gate.
The gardens feature a large lawned area and several terraces, including shaded areas, perfect for outdoor dining on balmy evenings.
The garden is bordered by mature flowering shrubs and fruit trees bearing lemons, mandarins and pomegranites, depending on the season.

The pool is cleaned twice a week by local management company.
Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The balance, plus refundable breakages deposit of £100, is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. The breakages deposit will be returned promptly after your visit (subject to a satisfactory property inspection).
The villa is available after 3 pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
The changeover day can be flexible.

The Paphos region
The town of Paphos holds great appeal to visitors of all ages and is only a 30 minute drive from Latchi. It is steeped in history with a wealth of ancient sites, some dating back to the 4th Century BC, including the Tombs of the Kings. Paphos also offers good shopping facilities and activity centres, including water parks and go-karting. A short distance away is the challenging 18 hole golf course at Tsada.
The region of Paphos is rich in vegetation, with banana plantations, citrus groves and vineyards which lead on inland to the gentle foothills of the Western Troodos Mountains, home to a number of small traditional villages. The magnificent Akamas National Park offers stunning scenery, wildlife and geology.
The Latchi area
The picturesque fishing village of Latchi offers the ideal place for a laidback holiday, quiet shingle beaches stretch along its shores. The marina at Latchi is shared by traditional painted fishing boats as well as larger yachts. At the harbour, boats can be hired by tourists for fishing trips and excursions, alongside extensive watersports activities - or simply sit back and enjoy a seafood meal in one of the harbour side tavernas and watch the boats depart.
Nearby are the Baths of Aphrodite, a legendary beauty spot where the goddess of love and beauty used to meet her beloved Adonis. The most exclusive and prestigious hotel, the Anassa, is in close proximity to the villa and many of its facilities are available to non-residents.
Keen walkers can enjoy the forested nature trails on the Akamas, with the breathtaking views across Chrysochou Bay. The area can also be explored from a boat or in a 4WD. For golfers, the challenging Tsada Golf Course is a 30 minute drive away. Within an hour's drive are the secret Valley Golf Club and the Aphrodite Hills Golf Club. Other activities available locally include cycling and horseriding.
The picturesque town of Polis is just a few minutes drive away and offers a range of amenities such as supermarkets, banks, international restaurants, shops and nightlife. Polis archaeological museum hosts an extensive range of fascinating exhibits.

My wife and I have just returned from a stay at Capers.It was exactly as described by previous reviewers and by the owners.Everything was first class.The location,the layout of the villa,the decor,the facilities,the garden and the swimming pool. The villa is located a 5 minute drive outside Latchi in a discrete development.It was very peaceful during our stay.There is a marvellous view from the garden towards Latchi and the distant hills and a view to Neo Chorio on the other hillside.these views are across open fields with trees. There were sea views from the upper storey bedrooms combined with views over the well tended garden and excellent pool,both maintained to a high standard,as well as the views previously described. The villa is well appointed and has every utensil and facility you would require for a holiday stay The location is excellent if you want to chill out and yet near enough to Latchi with its lovely harbour and excellent restaurants and bars.It is just the right mix.Not too commercialised and retaining it's Greek flavour A short trip to Aphrodite's Baths is worth the short drive. to enjoy a coffee or beer and enjoy the panorama. This was one of the best holidays we have had superb location,lovely well equipped villa and warm November sun. The description on the website is 100% accurate and Fiona is very helpful and friendly. We visited Capers Villa in October 2011 with my parents, our 4 month old and our two year old. The weather was lovely in October (about 25 / 26 degrees - lovely for the children) and the was villa fantastic for kids with a large garden and fenced in pool. In the garage were lots toys perfect for our toddler (water play table, inflatables, lots of trucks and cars, buckets and spades...) this meant that we didn't need to leave the villa if we didn't fancy, and could have a gas BBQ and sit on one of the three patios to eat and relax (and follow the sun around the house!). The villa was very well equiped for children with stair gates, travel cot and bedding, cupboard full of toys and games, kids DVDs. Beach towels are provided which saves so much space in the suitcases and there are mosquito nets on windows and doors so you do not have to worry about the children getting bitten by bugs at night. The villa is so quiet and overlooks the coast from the upstairs balcony with the mountains all around. We hired a car easily from a local company which was a real necessity with the children, and meant we could travel to some lovely parts of the island, but there were some lovely restuarants and shops within a couple of minutes drive of the villa. We would highly recommend the villa for a quiet, relaxing holiday, especially if you have children and we would definately love to return in the future. We had a fantastic time in Cyprus and this villa gave us the perfect base. With young children we really appreciated the safety fence around the pool, meaning we could relax knowing the kids couldn't fall in. Great location close to the sea, with a well tendered garden. 'After a disappointing villa in Spain last year I was slightly apprehensive at what we would encounter with Capers. Well, we needn't have feared a thing. As soon as we arrived you could feel the relief in the air and what a beautiful villa. It is situated in a fab position with sea views from the bedrooms. The villa is spacious and catered for all our needs. Fiona you have thought of all the things that most owners just don't seem to think about. Every thing is there for the kiddies, especially the little ones. From digger DVDs to dumper trucks and bucket and spades in the garage. Our two year old daughter decided to potty train herself whilst we were there and what do you know all of the required apparatus were at hand. The garden is just perfect, some where to play, paths to ride scooters on and a very safe swimming pool, again with lots of pool toys. Sunbeds for us to relax, which I have to say is the first time we have actually been able to sunbathe in 5 years without worrying about adventurous little people'. Mrs B - July 2011
"An ideal villa for all, especially young families. Very comfortable villa, with everything at hand that you could every need. Beautiful garden with plenty of interesting wildlife, and exceptionally clean and refreshingly cool pool. Latchi is the most pleasant part of Cyprus I have ever visited, the beach is excellent, with blue flag and safe swimming with breakwaters nicely dampening the waves, and sandy too! Local restaurants at the harbour with excellent seafood (Y&Ps our favourite! Aside from the fantastic fish, The Mixed Grill was the biggest plate of meat I have ever had outside of Texas!). 'We had a lovely ten days in Latchi and thoroughly enjoyed staying in Capers villa. The bedrooms are very comfortable and air-conditioned (which was important in August) and the kitchen spacious and clean. The pool is fenced which makes it ideal for families with young children. It is just a 5 minute drive to Latchi or the same up the hill to Neo Chorio.There are plenty of good restaurants in both places. A hire car is essential for getting around. We spent most of our time diving with Latchi Watersports (5 star PADI and recommended if you enjoy recreational diving) or lazing about by the villa pool. It was all very relaxing.' 'The gated pool meant we were able to relax and let our little boy run around outside, which was very welcome. The villa was also very spacious and well laid out and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great to be able to access the toys in the garage ( we left a few extra pool toys behind to add to the supply!).
