This Villa is elevated just a little above ground level, making it ideal for those with mobility limitations.
Inside the Villa comprises of a spacious air-conditioned lounge / dining room with fantastic views of the Mar Menor and the Med and the rolling hills of La Manga Club. It also has a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms and two twin bedrooms. The two bedrooms are of equal proportions and have fitted wardrobes, air -conditioning and ceiling fans.
The private balcony is perfect for the morning and mid day sun, and has an enviable position, close enought to stroll to the Pool. ie 100 metres, but far enough away, not to get bothered by ocasional noise. There are a selection of traditional and contemporary restaurants and shops all within a very short walking distance from the Villa.
The Villa comfortably sleeps four persons and can be booked for as little as £400 per week. Or Short Break offers from 35.00 pounds per person per night. You will find the Villa very well equipped including an iron and ironing board, TV, sat TV, internal telephone, DVD player, CD player, hairdryer, washing machine and microwave. Outside the villa has its own balcony with outside table and chairs for six, bbq, and a fantastic roof terrace which benefits from the sun all day.
The Villa grounds boasts a large expanse of community sub tropical gardens directly infront of the Villa, shared only by another 4 Villas.

Local Amenities - You will find grocers/deli, supermarket, gift shops, and don't forget local Spanish watering holes, a short walk away from the Villa.
Markets - These are held daily in different areas, the nearest being Cabo de Palos on Sunday's (The market is geared at locals and not tourists, it's a big market and is often very busy, we would always recommend a taxi because it is very difficult to park).
Shopping - small boutiques to large department store can be found in the near by city of Murcia (fourty minutes) or local town Cartagena (twenty five minutes). Great choice of gifts, designer clothes and perfumes.
Old Historic Fishing Port - Cabo de Palos, great people watching area, wonderful fish restaurants (ten minute drive). Great for sunday lunch best time to go 1.30 pm, Spanish will arrive on mass 2.30pm.
Trendy Yachting Marina - It has an array of bars, small boutiques, and over thirty restaurants on your doorstep, we strongly recommend the Mexican restaurant. Drive down the strip takes approx 25 minutes, until you get to the only roundabout take a left turn the road will take you into the Port.
Historic City of Cartagena - Just 20 kilometres from La Manga Club, is Cartagena, an ancient port founded by the Carthaginians in 221 BC, with the ruins of a Roman theatre and a number of archaeological museums. Inland from Cartagena, the countryside of Murcia, bordered by the dry, semi-desert plain of Almeria, winds its way towards the picturesque towns and villages of Lorca, Totana and Alhama.
Cartagena – Steeped in history, this is Spain’s main Naval Port. The area contains some of Europe’s best examples of Baroque and Neo-classical buildings. The Port and Old part of Cartagena are full of restaurants. Here below is taste of what you will find:
Roman Theatre, Roman Colonnade, an Excavated Amphitheatre
18th Century Casino, Viennese, French Modernist style Grand Hotel
Naval Museum, National Museum of Maritime and Archaeology
The list goes on and on. Cartagena is a some what undiscovered City. Yet there have been some big changes recently. For example it was only December 2004 they started to open there tourist attractions all year round, and February 2005 they started printing some of their tourist information guides in English!. However remember the siesta hour, everything shuts down with exception El Corte Ingles between 2pm and 5.30 pm. Cartagena is a. 30/40mins car/taxi run away and well worth a visit.
Also not many people know this, but there is a hidden beach in Cartagena. Useful if you have a divided group of those who want to shop and those who want to sunbathe. It also has a fantastic Restaurant by the beach. If you head for the Puerto of Cartagena, and instead of taking a right turn into the city at the round about with the Crane on it, take your first left turn. After about half a mile, you will find the beach on your right hand side, you will however have to take a left turn to get down directly on to the beach.
There are a number of Festivals that take Place in Cartagena, that can not be missed these are some of them:
Easter - Religious Festival, including Holy week, the week running up to Easter.
September – Roman Festival lasts 2 weeks Reinacted Roman battles Fire works plays etc
November – Jazz Festival 2 weeks at the beginning of November usually lasts 2 weeks.
Calablanque, unspoilt, Naturist Beach – One of the few natural areas that is still untouched. Long golden beaches, fossil dunes, with a back drop of arid mountains. Large Naturist Beach. Take a picnic by the beautifully clear blue sea. This area is now a regional nature park. For complete peace and quite in one of the most natural surrounding areas to be found on the Costas, spend a day here.15mins car. However be warned it is a remote area, so when parking the car lock everything in the boot, cars have been known to be broken into.
Wine Tasting - free local wine tasting can be found in Los Belones, this is the cheapest way of purchasing wines and spirits (fifteen minute drive).
Horse Riding - Cross-country - Adults and children can join in the fun, which takes place in Los Belones (5 minute drive).
Water Sports - There are a great variety of water activities from jet skiing, surfing, scuba-diving, canoeing, wind-surfing, kayaks, banana & donut rides to deep sea diving. Or why not charter a luxury boat, sip champagne and sail around the blue lagoon.

Cycle Tours can be arranged through Steve, with at least 48 hours notice.

Sports - La Manga is world known for it's golfing, football and tennis centre. The cost of a court will set you back round £30.00 in La Manga Club, there are over 40 tennis courts., all on your doorstep.
Indoor facilities
La Manga Club Spa - Swimming pool, spa, and gym. For approx 27 euros per person you can take advantage of The Spa all day, if you experience bad weather or you simply wish to get out of the sun.
It is well worth it fluffy dressing gown slippers, superb facilites lots of sunlougers, fantastic views over the med. Water Hydotherapy room which is great for pack paints etc. (Open all year round from 9am -9pm) All on your doorstep again!
Gocarting - Just at the begining the strip, there is are two courses, the facility caters from 5 year olds to adults. It is open tuesdays - sundays 10.30 am - 5.30pm, it is 15-20 minute car journey from the apartment.
To take the stress out of travelling, you can be chauffeured directly to your Villa from the airport, just book through Steve.
A complimentary welcome pack is included to help kick start your holiday. I take great care to ensure your stay will be just as you wish. I live locally too, and we will be on-hand to give help and advice in getting the most out of your holiday.

Tennis Acadmey
The tennis court can be booked via The Oassis Tennis Centre. The Tennis facilities are some of the best to be found in Europe. Comprising 10 clay courts, with 5 floodlit and 7 hard courts, all of which are floodlit, as well as practice walls and machines. Competitions are organised all year round for all ages and abilities and many exhibition matches are also organsied. All this a 10 minute walk form your Villa.
Coaching is also available from qualified professional, and is ideal for the novice or expert.
Also at the Oasis Tennis Centre can be found a bowling Green, Restaurant, Café, a very large Pool, a mini golf course, a fully equipped gym and Junior Club.
La Manga Golf Club, On your doorstep!
La Manga Club has three championship 18 hole golf courses, being the South Course, the North Course and the West Course.
The South Course has slope ratings of 125 and 128 and a par of 72 and is known as the Championship Course.
The North Course is equally challenging with several difficult par 3s. It has slope ratings of 121 and 131 and a par of 71.
The West Course takes you over the hills and through the trees and has a slope ratings of 129 and 130 and a par of 73
The three courses offering different challenges to golfers and there is also a driving range. There are many other facilities on offer in La Manga Club for the non-golfer companions.
