Apartamento de lujo a menos de 10 minutos de la playa caminando, muy luminoso en planta baja. Dispone de una gran terraza privada con cerramiento de cristal, lo que permite su disfrute en invierno como zona de estar y comedor y dejando libre una zona exterior de solarium. Este alojamiento dispone de WiFi privado e ilimitado y tambien canales de televisión internacionales en diversos idiomas.El complejo dispone de piscina disponible todo el año y piscina infantil. Alojamiento completamente equipado: Dormitorio principal con cama doble y otro con dos camas individuales. Baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo y mampara de cristal. Cocina americana con lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, vitrocerámica y horno. Urbanización tranquila, cerrada con vigilancia 24 horas, junto al nuevo Sendero Litoral de Mijas que recorre casi 6 kms de sendero de madera al borde del mar desde La Cala de Mijas hasta el Puerto Deportivo Cabopino. Amplios jardines comunitarios con dos piscinas dotadas de mecanismo de acceso para personas con movilidad reducida. Plaza privada de aparcamiento en sótano. Parada de bus y taxi y acceso inmediato a la autovía, a 8 kms de Fuengirola y 20 kms de Marbella. La Cala de Mijas se encuentra a 500 metros. Allí dispone de todos los servicios (restaurantes, supermercados, peluquerías, comercio, servicios médicos, policía, Correos, etc). En el Término de Mijas dispone de diversas atracciones turísticas tales como hipódromo, siete campos de golf,...Muy cerca, puede encontrar también los puertos deportivos de Cabopino, Fuengirola, Marbella y Banús. Hay un gran supermercado LIDL a pocos metros y también numerosos restaurantes, cafeterías y otros establecimientos de servicios muy cerca.

Hay varios restaurantes-chiringuito en la playa frente a la urbanización, donde además puede, si lo desea, alquilar hamacas y sombrillas.

There are garbage containers very near the apartment. We strongly urge you to take out the garbage the evening before your departure. Otherwise, we will have to store it until the evening, so will be charged €10 for each bag left in the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ricardo&María (the owner) a message.

If Ricardo&María (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
