This stylish 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the Calanova Grand golf complex, approximately 3km inland from the village of La Cala de Mijas. The complex offers lush tropical gardens with water features, 2 communal pools, one of which is open all year round, tennis courts and a children's play area. The views from the pool area are spectacular.

This lovely front-line golf apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is furnished to a high standard. The lounge/diner area is decorated in soothing neutrals and offers a large, comfortable corner sofa bed and is equipped with a TV and dining table and chairs for 6. From the lounge you gain access to the south facing terrace, furnished with a table chairs to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or the last evening drink while taking in the lovely views across the complex to the sea. The kitchen is fully-equipped with fitted with quality Bosch kitchen appliances.

The master bedroom is furnished with a large, queen-sized bed and benefits from fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower attachment over the bath and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also enjoys fitted wardrobes. If only one person is using the room, the beds can be one stored one under the other for more space. There is also a sofa bed so in total the property sleeps 5.The apartment is fitted with full A/C throughout.
