There´s enough space to offer a wonderful retreat for those who seek relaxation or there is also the opportunity for more lively activity should the mood call!
The apartment itself is light and spacious and all rooms are furnished in a modern and functional style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest equipment which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven and hob and a large fridge freezer.
The open plan living room is a joy to be in and you will love the sheer luxury that is on offer here. If need be the sofa also makes up to a further double bed, just in case further occasional guests need to be accommodated.
There is a widescreen TV.
The apartment has two bedrooms. Bedroom one, the master bedroom, has a very luxurious double bed, and two bedside tables with complete with reading lamps. From this bedroom patio doors offer direct access to the south facing patio where simply stunning sea views are on offer. The second bedroom has two ultra-comfortable single beds. Both bedrooms have spacious built in wardrobes so there is plenty of room available for storage. Please note that all linen and inside towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
The fully tiled family bathroom has a good size shower cubicle, a sink, a toilet. A hairdryer can be found here for guest usage during your stay.
Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the apartment and this has very good connectivity, please note that this attracts a small additional charge (paid locally).
Being Spain outside is where you will spend the majority of your time and the apartment is complimented by the most amazing south facing terrace, balcony and garden. Outside dining (for 4 people) is on offer here as is plenty of space for soaking up the seemingly never ending Spanish sunshine. Also available for you during your stay is a gorgeous communal swimming pool.
Secure parking is available via the underground garage and this gives almost direct access to the entrance of the apartment.
Please note that the electricity at the apartment is provided through an electricity meter. When you arrive at the apartment for your stay you will be sold pre-paid cards of either €10 or €20 in denomination. This is compulsory and must be purchased before the electricity at the apartment will function.
The apartment is wonderfully located close to the small fishing village of Isla Plana and as such is within easy walking distance to the essentials such as supermarkets, pharmacy, traditional bakery and an ATM machine. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. Isla Plana also has a selection of excellent (and cheap) local bars and restaurants. For small children there is a playground just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and several more can be found located around Isla Plana village.
If driving, it takes 5-10 minutes to the neighbouring towns of Puerto de Mazarron or Mazarron where can be found a greater range of services.
With over 320 sunny days a year Isla Plana offers much to do, nice beaches, nature reserves with hiking / biking trails. It also offers one of Europe's best opportunities for scuba diving, snorkeling and whale and dolphin watching. Also nearby are several World class golf courses, wine tasting, local markets and (during the winter months) skiing. The activity list just goes on and on.
