Brand new seaside luxury apartment in Mojon Hills Resort; a small, Spanish, beach village with views to both the beach and mountains. The apartment has stunning views to Isla Plana beach.
It´s only a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants and also fifty minutes from Murcia airport and an hour and a half from Alicante airport. Parking is provided directly outside the house. The apartment is 25 minutes away from Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, and also 45-50 min from Hyat Regency (PGA Approved), La Torre Golf Resort and La Hacienda.
The apartment has two decent sized bedrooms, one bathroom and a large brand new kitchen-living room. One bedroom offers a double bed and the other 2 singles. The kitchen is completely fitted with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, toaster, iron and washing machine. All furniture and fittings are brand new and completely refurbished. Plasma TV, DVD and music system, plates, glasses and cutlery all provided. The highlight of the apartment is the two huge terraces with views to both the beach and mountains; one off the living room and the other a rooftop terrace, perfect for those evening bbqs or topping up that tan! The terrace also has a nice table where you can dine and watch the sun set over the resort or, of course, have breakfast in the sun.The complex also offers two large pools with children’s area and Jacuzzi.
Mojon Hills Resort is a place that boasts almost all year round sun and has one of the best climates along the Mediterranean coast.

Mojon Hills Resort is a relaxed complex in the Isla Plana village, in the South East of Spain.
