360° Santorini is a 4 bedroom luxury villa located on the top of a 300m cliff called caldera, offering panoramic, 360° views, of the island of Santorini. The villa is situated in a private land of 4000 sq. meters outside the village of Imerovigli. It is secluded without any neighbors around the property and therefore, it is very serene and private. This villa is the home of two renowned Greek architects who have combined the traditional vaulted ceilings of Santorini, with futuristic lines and forms. The interior of the house is stylish and luxurious, providing all the modern comforts and amenities that the most demanding traveler would require. The house follows the flow of the earth with many levels as the architect wanted to respect the natural shape of the ground.

Answering the negative points of this review: All the facilities that are mentioned in the property listing operate perfectly and are of a high standard. The A.C. is provided by a very new and modern system known as heat pump and the top brand available in the market, Carrier. The air conditioning is very powerful and keeps the place very cool. As far as the outside temperature is concerned, the villa is located on the top of a hill (350m) and the temperatures at night drops to around 18°C. Also, during the day it never exceeds 26°C. Hence, there is always a cool breeze flowing through the villa. There are no animals around the house and if the clients were scared of that possibility, the windows have the option of opening only from the top to let cool air flow into the house. The wardrobes in each room are very large and only a small portion of them is locked for the storage needs of the house. There is more than enough space in each room to store clothes for the duration of your stay and if there is a need for more we can easily arrange for that. No cupboards are locked. The housekeeper cleans the house for four hours everyday and therefore it is of a very high cleaning standard. At these four hours one can ask to do laundry. It has been arranged like that for the clients’ convenience, since they don’t have to operate the machines and because we have to adhere to certain safety regulations. The chef that we recommend is of high standards and everyone has been happy with the food all these years that we run this business. When the clients require pre-stocking of groceries, the groceries are bought based on the list that the clients have given, from the supermarket that sells the most premium goods in the island. The receipt from the purchase of the groceries is given to the clients so they can see the exact money that has been payed for the groceries. An additional small fee for the service is requested, that the clients are aware when they request this service. The villa has been awarded and published for its architectural design and this design has been mentioned in detail in the listing of the property. Hence, the clients know in detail the layout of the house before they choose to rent it for their holidays.

If Vasiliki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
