"Absolutely fantastic place to stay!!"

This was my second stay at this cottage and it was just as good as the first! It is in a beautiful location on the edge of a tiny village looking out on fields of sheep, a great place to get away to to relax. The owner is extremely helpful and made sure everything was fine with my stay. I loved the log burner, visiting in the winter I could actually use it this time. The cottage was warm and comfortable and I especially appreciated the electric blanket on the bed. The owner has been thoughtful in providing everything you would need and there is lots of information in the cottage on walks and things to do in the area.

One thing I do find very different to other places is that the owner offers a discount for single person occupancy which I have not come across anywhere else. This is much appreciated by me as I am single and like to go away just by myself.

This will not be my last visit to this cottage.

"Perfect little retreat"

We booked to get away over new year to relax after the Christmas madness. The cottage was perfect. Nice and quiet and catered for our needs.
The weather wasn't great but we made the most of it. Plenty of lovely dog walks with stunning scenery.
Peter was a very welcoming host and was always on hand with advice on what and where to go.
Plenty of local pubs for real ale as long as you have a driver that's willing to stick to soft drinks!
Will definitely book again when the weather is warmer.
