A superb 1st floor fully air conditioned apartment with breathtaking views over the 8th Fairway, tranquil lake and fabulous uninterrupted views down the golf course. The swimming pool is directly below the apartment.

The resort town centre which is currently being constructed is only 5mins walk away. Whilst this is being completed temporary facilities are provided including Supermarket, Cafe, Bar and Pro shop.

The town of Sucina is only 5mins away and has many bars and restaurants.

Hacienda Riquelme is located between the other resorts and close to the traditional town of Sucina which is only a 10 minute drive to the coast and the pretty beaches of the Mar Menor. The resort is built around a magnificient 18 hole golf course by Nicklaus Design.

Reduced green fees apply at Hacienda Requelme, La Torre and Mar Menor Golf courses. A free shuttle bus services runs between all the resorts. The resort is only 15mins away from Murcia/San Javier airport and our representatives can arrange to pick you up at a reasonable cost.

Kitchen is larger than normal with additional kitchen units added and equipped with all the modern utensils.

Living room area seating up to 4 people has 2 brown leather sofas with soft furnishings and coffee tables with table lamp. There is a satellite TV so you can enjoy up to 50 English channels as well as dozens of European channels.

Dining area can comfortably sit 4 people as there are 4 leather chairs with round table to ensure maximum comfort whilst eating.

There are two bedrooms with private balconies.

Bedroom 1 (twin) has got twin beds which can be put together, leading to rear balcony through French windows. Large wardrobe with built in chest of drawers Hair-drier.

The large front terrace which overlooks the swimming pool has a large glass topped 4ft square dining table with 4 deep cushioned chairs so that you can make the most of dining outside and then relax in the comfortable recliners.

Sun loungers and beach towels for the pool are provided.

Guests are met by our representatives at the resort and shown to the property. Freshly laundered bedlinen and towels are provided. The property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

A welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk ,sugar, marmalade,bread, orange juice and water is waiting for you on arrival at whatever time you arrive. Our representatives are only a phone call away.

Conditions

Changeover Day - Normal arrival time is 15.00 and departure time is 10.00, however this can be flexible.

£150.00 required as deposit and returned 10days after property has been checked following your departure and balance paid 8weeks prior to your holiday commences.
