About the home
The penthouse benefits from direct access to the pool with a shallow end and addittional splash pool perfect for the children., ( take care in your choice of booking as some apartment blocks either dont have a pool or have a great distance to walk to the pool area and the town centre facilities. Casa Buena Vista is genuinely a 5 minute stroll from the resort entertainment, bar, restaraunt & shop and the pool is right outside.
Leading from the living room is a spacious roof terrace which catches the sun all day until early evening with stunning ,uninterupted golf course views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The resort sits on the outskirts of the quiet and peaceful village of Sucina where you will find a few very good bars, restaraunts, a chemist and local shops. The resort is just 15 minutes' drive to the beaches and bars at Los Alcazares, San Pedro, Lo Pagan and the famous mud baths are also within easy reach by car.
There are some fabulous places to visit - the beach areas are beautiful and if you are also a 'culture vulture' we strongly recommend a visit to Cartegena where you will find many attractions displaying the cities Roman heritage, lots of baroque and neo classical buildings and a beautiful port ideal for a special lunch.
For a truly special little trip take the boat from Torrevieja marina to the marine reserve of Tabarca Island - once the haunt of barbary pirates now a little haven with seafood restaraunts and some special little bars.

The 2 double bedrooms are positioned to the rear of the property & have an adjoining balcony.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes & additional air conditioning.
There is a fully equipped kitchen & separate utility room with washing facilities, cooker & hob, fridge freezer.

The town centre itself has been built around the regions most important country estate in Murcia. It now offers 2 restaurants and bars, a supermarket and superb club house. There is also a supermarket, pro-golf shop & outside bar areas to relax with a refreshing cool drink after an enjoyable round of golf in the sunshine!
A free Polaris World shuttle bus is available for transportation to La Torre, Mar Menor & El Valle golf resorts.

The resort is 15 minutes from the warm, clear blue waters of the Mar Menor lagoon & its many beautiful beaches. As it is tideless, it is safer for children and great for all kinds of water sports.
5 minutes from the resort is the neighbouring town of Sucina with traditional bars & tapas restaurants. The capital city of Murcia is approximately 20 minutes away & is easily accessed by car or with local transport.
San Javier airport is 20 minutes from the resort & has regular flights to & from all major destinations within the UK.
The New Water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and Animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) provide a wonderful family day out, with something for all ages just 25 minutes from the resort. Local train station to all major cities.

Recently returned from the penthouse with my husband and 2 children. We had a lovely time. The apartment has everything you need and the pool and surrounding areas are very clean. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves for the whole week and found everyone there very friendly. The restuarant/bar on site is very nice and stylish, offering good food, reasonably priced with lovely surroundings. Thanks to Carole for all her help, we would definitely go back! Thanks again! |

Myself and two friends had a short 4 day golfing break at this fabulous location. The penthouse apartment was spacious with a fantastic large terrace with great views of the golf course and overlooking the swimming pool. Golf here was terrific with other Polaris World Golf courses close by. We visited Murcia which is definetly worth a trip along with Torrevieja. The location is super for golf and sightseeing. The weather was perfect even in November for golf with us able to wear tee shirts and shorts. Highly recommended. |

Keys for the Penthouse are collected on the resort & details will be sent / e mailed to guests following receipt of full payment.
Deposit will be refunded upon return of keys & a full inspection of the property has been carried out.
Any costs suffered as a result of damage to the property or household items (however small) or excessive cleaning charges will be subtracted from the deposit.
Cheques accepted but unfortunately we do not accept payment by credit card.
