This new first floor apartment is situated in the heart of Hacienda Del Alamo, just 5 minutes stroll from the golf clubhouse.
Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort is one of Spain's most prestigious new golf and leisure developments.There is plenty for the non golfer to enjoy here too, from tennis, football, swimming, fitness training to the more relaxing game of bowls. There are plenty of children's play areas around the resort to keep the little ones happy and nothing is too far away from our apartment.
The surrounding area also has many attractions including the wonderful historical cities of Murcia and Cartegena, both within easy distance, approximately 1/2 an hour away. The nearby town of Fuente Alamo is just 5 minutes away and has many lively bars, restaurants and shops.
The nearest beaches are Mazarron and The Mar Menor with its wonderful salt water lagoon, perfect for bathing as well as enjoying the many water sports on offer. Both of these beaches are just under 30 minutes from Hacienda Del Alamo.

Fly to Murcia (San Javier) Airport.
Cheap flights available from Monarch and Jet 2 Com from Manchester Airport.
Car Hire available at the San Javier Airport but "Do You Spain.com" is a good source for obtaining good deals.
Approx 30 minutes from the airport to the resort.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages deposit of £50 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
30% deposit on booking and balance payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, then payment in full is required upon booking. Full refunds available if cancellations are made no later than 2 weeks prior to intended arrival date.
