A 2/3 bedroom villa on two floors, Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sun balcony, having stunning views of golf course and sea. Bedroom 2 twin beds/ 1 double Bed. Bedroom 3 double bed, both served by a separate family bathroom.. Fully fitted kitchen, and Large Lounge/ Dining room. Large patio fronted by grass area on ground floor.

This well furnished Villa has just been totally refurbished and contains everything that one requires for a wonderful family holiday, which includes air conditioning, safe, dish washer/washing machine. First aid kit, and shoe cleaning facilities, Iron,plus full laundry service and pool towels supplied. Sky TV. New Sun Blinds have been fitted to upstairs, and downstairs patios

Sunningdale Village is a family based complex with large swimming pool and children's pool(Life Guard in attendance). Bar and restaurant are on site with live entertainment every night. Mini market for essential purchases. car hire, and kids club.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.
Guest are requested not take occupation of the villa prior to 2.00pm, unless prior arrangements are made with the owner, guest are requested to leave by 10.00am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner. Storage of luggage for late departures can be provided, however if there are no new guests arriving on the day of departure other arrangements can be made at guests requests.

INSURANCE LIABILITY
We recommend that all guests have full and sufficient travel, personal accident, injury and medical expenses insurance. We accept no liability for injury, damage, loss, vexation, distress, disappointment or irregularities suffered by the guest. Luggage, valuables, and all other personal effects at all times and in all circumstances are at the guests risks.

PAYMENT
We will honour bookings for up to 10 working days, if funds are not received by this time, the booking will be cancelled and the villa re-advertised unless otherwise agreed. Final payment to be received 6 weeks before arrival.

Friday is normal changeover day for Tenerife, but will consider other dates.

The Golf del Sur / Sunningdale Village area

Sunningdale Village is one of several complexes built within a 27 hole PGA standard golf course, close to the seashore, known as Golf Del Sur. Sunningdale Village is an established resort, which consists of 150 luxury villas and apartments, with a splendid bar, pool and restaurant. Golf Del Sur is 10 minutes drive from the airport in the south. Within easy walking distance are golf, bowls, putting, bars and Restaurants.

Golf del Sur is located next to the small coastal village of Los Abrigos, well known for the quality of is local fish restaurants. The fine long beaches at El Medano(5Kms) are the best natural beaches on the Island, and where the world windsurfing championships have been held in past years

The busier resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a short taxi ride away. Local buses provide a good service to Santa Cruz and other local towns.

“First class Accomodation!” I can highly recommend this wonderful villa in the Golf de Sur as it represents great value for money. The weather was very kind and the sun shone for most of our stay over the New Year period with a delightful temperature of about 22C days so consequently much climbing, walking and socialising were accomplished. Our group really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with all the facilities on offer in the villa and the complex. An honourable mention should go to Gill as well for her warm welcome on our arrival and providing tea, coffee, water and biscuits which is just what we wanted after a long flight!
