From the owner

Willow Cottage offers a large open-plan public area, filled with light from the large picture windows and French doors, painted in soothing natural tones. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, washer/drier, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher for maximum holiday convenience. The living area has a large TV, PS3 for internet access and games, WIFI, CD and DVD blu-ray player. The dining area opens out onto the open decking beyond the French doors, looking out over the stream and moorland to the south, and westward to the sea.The bedrooms feature super king size bed. Both are furnished simply and tastefully in oak.

The light, airy bathroom has a bath, WC and hand basin with mirror, plus a large disabled access shower cubicle, finished in sleek Spanish porcelain tiles.

A shared drying room provides invaluable space for boots, bikes, rods and other outdoor gear. Hot water is provided by solar panels, while the underfloor heating comes from a unique custom-designed renewable energy system which draws on the water from the

nearby stream.

Bin Info: There is a food waste bin located under the sink which can be disposed of in the large organic bin at the end of your stay. There is a non-recyclable waste bin inside which can be disposed of in the large non-recyclable waste bin outside (we provide 1 large bin bag). The glass bin is located in the porch which we will empty when cleaning the property. We please ask that you would separate any recyclable waste and dispose of that in the large recycling bin at the end of your stay too.

How do damage deposits work?
