This attractive ground-floor apartment is the ideal base for your holiday in Scarborough. It has all the home comforts you would need, including full gas central heating. The lounge with cozy pine fireplace and electric coal effect fire, a Sony PlayStation with a variety of games, there is a three-seater leather sofa bed with a spring mattress to sleep two, two comfortable armchairs, both being 'high seat wing back', dining table to seat five, flat-screen TV with digital stations, and DVD player & PlayStation with a selection of games. The large bay window has a pleasant outlook over the Albemarle Crescent gardens and church, this is ample parking around the park but the flat has its own free private off-road car space.

The main bedroom has good quality comfortable beds comprising of double and single for couple and one child or twin so quite versatile, plenty of drawer and hanging space, flat screen t.v.

Good sized modern bathroom with three piece suite in white and electric shower over the bath

The kitchen is very well equipped with a small breakfast table and chairs for two, a good range of kitchen units with ceramic hob cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine and dishwasher.

This apartment is very close to the main shopping precinct and only 10 mins walk to the beach, or there is the cliff lift that takes you down to the beach which is in the central town area, only 5 min walk to the railway station and only 2 mins walk to the bus stops for various journeys ie Whitby, Bridlington, York, etc.

Self catering, buy no cooking facilities!

Stayed in May, no cooker, went back 2 weeks in July and still no cooker had to eat out every night for 3 weeks. Told the owner and still no reply or refund. Disgusting.

In my defense I had to wait for the brand new cooker to arrive, I also gave a requested £300 refund for 2 adults to eat out when nessasary, I’m sure the new microwave could have helped as well
