Property for exclusive use

Stonework Villa in typical Tuscan style, 250 sq. m., with 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, capable of holding up to 8 persons. The villa has a large garden with private swimming pool, outdoor area perfect for meals with a stonework barbecue, as well as air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Outdoor Areas and Swimming Pool

The property has a large private garden, completely enclosed, which overlooks the vineyard and the surrounding hills. The pool, 8 metres by 3 with a depth of 0.6-1.3 metres, is in front of the villa in a bright, sunny area and has a paved bathing area with sunbeds and a shower. On one side of the the pool you will find a patio with gazebo, a table, chairs and a stonework barbecue, accessible from the kitchen and the living room, making it perfect for outdoor lunches and barbecues. Additionally, guests can use the large (120 sq. m.) shaded terrace on the first floor, furnished with sofas and a table, ideal for relaxing moments. Just 4 km from the house is a tennis court, shared with the guests of another house on the same property.

Interior

During the renovation, all the house’s traditional aspects, like stonework, wood-beamed ceilings and cotto flooring were maintained and refurbished. The villa is on three floors which follow the natural slope. The main entrance leads to a bright living room with sofas, satellite TV and dining room, with patio doors leading to the swimming pool. An arch divides the dining room from the kitchen, fully-equipped, from which you can reach a twin bedded room with a bathroom with shower (this bedroom has a high window which lets light through but doesn’t have a view). Also on the ground floor, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a washing room with washing machine. A cotto staircase leads to the first floor, with a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access to the panoramic terrace. The second floor has a double room with a marvellous view and a bathroom with massaging jet bathtub.

Villa il Roseto is in a large property on the outskirts of Gaiole in Chianti on the green Chianti hills, an hour’s drive from Florence and Siena.

The villa has Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning, baby bed, high chair, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries in all bathrooms.

Services

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (all changed weekly), internet, water, gas, electricity and air conditioning consumptions, final cleaning and high chair, welcome basket. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are cookery courses, breakfasts, hired help, babysitter and tastings.

Swimming pool open from June 1st to September 30th (from 9am-7pm). Small pets are allowed at the fee of 15 euros per animal per booking. To reach the house, there are 4 km of gravel road in good condition, with tarmac on the uphill parts. Check-in is between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Check-out is between 8.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.
