This nice apartment (managed directly by the owners) is located near the famous square S.Croce. We are situated in the most popular area of Santa Croce quarter, plenty of cafés, shops & restaurants. Nearby you can find the market "S. Ambrogio", where you can by the typical products of tuscan cuisine.

The location is excellent and the flat is very quiet, because it is situated in a little street away from the main touristic streets, but all the sites are within walking distance. We will meet you for at your arrival to show you the flat a nd give all informations you need.

there is a paying car parking nearby the flat (300mt) named Beccaria.

Just 3 minutes by walk from santa croce church, 10 minutes to duomo and all most important monuments. Near the flat there are a lot of restaurants, shops, popular markets and supermarket

The apartment (65sq m) is on the 2nd our personal taste & lot of care in the particulars, equipping it with all the needs for a comfortable living (internet flat,heating,air conditioning, iron, toaster, minipimer, milk shaker, hair-drier).

The apartment is composed by a living room with a sofa bed suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. (TV LCD 37', DVD) dining area & separated kitchen corner (4 flames, oven, fridge,freezer,microwave) a large bedroom with queensize bed , storage room with a washing machine, large bathroom with shower.

All of the 'living space' is on the one level, with a small mezzanine level that leads to the patio.

A small balcony with a view on the roof of Florence is equipped with a table & chairs and offer a cosy corner for nice dinners by candlelight.

We will offer to you, as present, a set of bath amenities.The flat is no-smoking. Not pets allowed. A tourist tax of 3euro per person per day is due at the arrival ( over 12 years old).

How do damage deposits work?

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
