A beautiful 4 bedroom villa surrounded by lush green gardens and private pool. The villa has a spacious open plan feel with a modern and fitted kitchen leading to the indoor dining area. The living area has been designed for maximum relaxation with an L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV, DVD with cinematic surround sound, wireless internet and freeview satellite with over 30 english/American channels.

In addition there are 3 bathrooms, 4 showers (one outside), air-conditioning catering for up to 6 persons within the villa itself and an additional 2 persons within the pool-house (if required)

I wish you a happy vacation. Please send me a copy of your travel itinerary for our records. Please also inform us if there are significant deviations in your planned arrival or departure times. Early check-in or late check-out can only be agreed 24 hours prior to your arrival date. We will also require passport copies of all attending parties for security reasons. Keys are left in a keys safe and codes are issued to you approx 5 days prior to your arrival. There are numurous restaurants and bars on your door step. Please however ensure you keep noise down at all times as I have a good relationship with my neighbours and they have no hesitation in reporting to me. Thank you for your understanding

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kash (the owner) a message.

If Kash (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
