The apartment is on the second floor and has an individual underground parking place with lift access to it . The apartment is furnished to high standards with air-conditioning/heating throughout all the rooms including kitchen. The spacious living room offers 2 comfortable sofas, a chest of drawers, dining furniture, a flat screen TV and DVD. Two bedrooms are good size with large wardrobes and full en-suit baths including bidets. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, a coffe-maker, an electric kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron with ironing board and vacuum cleaner are in the attached utility room. The terrace is equipped with a large sun-umbrella, dining furniture and faces gardens and the sea.

Inside the urbanisation there are multi-level communal swimming pools with child’s one, a gym and a pavilion poolbar. You can enjoy a direct access to the beach (100m) which borders a garden promenade with breathtaking views of Gibraltar and Africa. In 200 m along the promenade there are 2 beach restaurants with live music and flamenco dance. Iberostar 4 star hotel and Padierna beach and tennis clubs with their infrastructure and entertainment programmes are within few steps away. Mercadona and Lidl food supermarkets are within 15-20 min walking distance, Bricorama and Chinese household supermarkets are within 10-15 min. walk.

Kite-surfing courses are 800 m along the beach, Horse riding centre is within 15-20 min walking. Flamingo golf club is 10 min drive.

Within 10 min drive there is famous Selwo Aventura - a unique animal, nature and adventure park, where animals live freely in conditions of their natural habitat.

Marbella (15min drive) - great shopping, eating, fun. Puerto Banus (10min drive) - night clubs, bars, brand shops. Gibraltar (30 min drive) - cable car to the Rock, funny monkeys, natural caves and duty-free shops.

The Bus stop to Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona is within 5-10 min walk.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vadim (the owner) a message.

If Vadim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
