From the owner

The farm, in the organic farm, is located in San Giusto a Balli in the heart of Montagnola, a hilly area west of the city of Siena in Tuscany, wooded and full of springs, and for its historic natural features and art is a Site of Community Interest. The farm is in an excellent position to reach the city of Siena in just a few minutes, or to relax in the peace and tranquility of the hills of Siena and the Tuscan countryside. The farm offers accommodation in one apartment completely renovated with full autonomy both in the entrance to the outdoor area. The apartment consists of a large room-living room with dining room, kitchen and fireplace, very bright, overlooking the garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with bath and shower. From the outside the apartment is through the garden through the grill and from the oven to get to the pool. The pool is for exclusive use of guests of the farm. For nature lovers there are marked trails for trekking and hiking, for cyclists and mountain bikers. From here it goes the Via Francigena and the territory has always been influenced by human activity that has built churches, castles, monasteries and other architectural treasures. Not included in the rent is the collection of city tax which will be paid upon arrival in the structure by the owners at check in: 1.50 euro per person per day for the first 6 days

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniela (the owner) a message.

If Daniela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
