Welcome to the Astor Estepona, luxury 2 bed apartment 5 mins walk from Del Cristo beach, with a spectacular balcony overlooking the beautiful Marina. We have stunning sea views, a lovely communal pool, air con throughout, fast free wifi, IPTV with English freeview channels, Sky TV with sports and movies in multiple languages, private underground parking. Crisp Eygyptian Cotton bedding. Perfect for relaxing holidays all year round!

The Space:

The Astor Estepona is a newly refurbished, South West facing apartment on Estepona Marina with stunning sea views. We have 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people at once:

- Master bedroom - Kingsize bed, with ensuite bathroom and built in wardrobes.

- Bedroom 2 - 2 full size single beds, with a fold up bed hid away in the storage compartment if you want to sleep more in the bedroom. Really handy for those people with 3 kids!

- Full sized double sofa bed in the lounge with comfy mattress.

- Massive balcony overlooking the marina, looking out to sea, with Gibraltar in the distance - It truly is an unbelievable view! Furnished with sun loungers, comfy chairs and dining area so you can enjoy the al fresco lifestyle until your heart is content.

- Fully equipped kitchen and utility room with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine.

- Fast free fibre optic wifi - You can actually use it properly for streaming etc!

- Flat screen TV with Sky TV including Sports and Movies in multiple languages, Nintendo Wii and DVD player.

- Fourth floor apartment with lift.

- Dining seating for 6.

- Main bathroom with full sized bath and rainforest shower.

- Secure underground private parking.

- Linen, bathroom towels and beach towels included in the price.

- Brand new crockery, pots and pans (if you really want to cook!)

The Neighbourhood:

The Astor Estepona is situated right on the front, overlooking the gorgeous marina, full of restaurants, bars, people milling around and generally enjoying the surroundings. The nearest supermarket is 3 min walk. Del Cristo beach, easily the nicest beach in Estepona and perfect for families is 5 mins walk.

Getting Around:

You can walk everywhere!

For the adventurous walk into the old town in 20 mins along the beach front. Get a taxi instead for approximately 7 euros when you feel you've had enough exercise for a holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
