Superb location between San Pedro & Estepona this lovely ground floor one bedroom garden apartment consisting of 1 double bedroom and one full bathroom, Lounge dining room opening out onto our private terrace. Situated in a well apointed private garden. Terrace with an enclosed space and private bordered by conifers. Sun beds and furnished for alfreco dining.There is a gate into the main garden and overlooking superb pool. This garden apartment is fully air-cond and heated ( hot & cold) and has marble floors throughout. The apartment is designed to sleep 2 persons as it has double bed. ( we do not accept children) in this apartment.

This well furnished apartment offers many extras, Sat. TV,(uk channels) DVD player & CD player & radio & pool towels are provided for your use during your stay, for you to use on the sun beds to protect the fabric covers on the sunbeds.

The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout as the owner's Spanish holiday home in this very useful location. Our terrace is fully furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and there are sunbeds for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine in a private area.

The large lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny South East facing terrace which is also well furnished terrace. Early mroning sunshine makes fro an early dip in the pool and enjoy breakfast on the terrace.The cosy South East facing terrace overlooks the private gardens and pool in a small secure garden of only 39 properties.

The Master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes with ample storage.

The fully fitted kitchen is an American style with a breakfast bar, fully equipped with many extras.

The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, lovely enclosed terrace, with early morning sunshine for your perfect breakfast esperience.

Shops, bars and restaurants are just 2-5 minutes walk away.

Estepona town, San Pedro 7 klms. Marbella and Puerta Banus 10 klms by car or bus.

Golf Course – 10 minutes away, also a huge choice all along the coast

Bowling Green complete with club-house just a few minutes walk

Pitch and Put and children's play area at Los arcos.

Tennis Courts at Las Palmeras de Benavista a few mins walk

Local Beach -less than 5 minutes walk away over the footbridge to Benamara, and Salidio Beach.

Beach bars along the beach to Estepona as its location is close to all amenities, and is close to bowls, petanka, tennis and excess of 16 golf courses, which are situtated along the whole length of the coast. Suitable for age groups as the area is totally flat and geeting around is easy. There is an excellant selection of cosmopolitan restaurants within 2 - 5 mins easy walking of the apartment.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and is set up for all age groups to enjoy its facilities. As its completely level for getting around to the shops and restaurants and with private car parking it offers a great holiday base for visiting the local area.

The large lounge/dining room opens onto the Sunny South East facing terrace which is also well furnished with sunlounger chairs and dining table & chairs. The terrace has tropical flower borders and overlooks the private gardens and pool. The master bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes ample storage, with an en-suite bathroom.

The fully fitted kitchen is an American style with a breakfast bar, fully equipped with many extras. The apartment is suitable for all year round accommodation, as it location is close to all amenities. Good local bus servise to towns of Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro, and Estepona and beyond to Gibraltar.

The well maintained mature gardens are completely enclosed and accessed only by key through the garden gates, or by our guests from our own private terrace.

The pool is the jewel in crown of this small complex , well cared for and maintained, suitable for age groups.

We also allow our guests to take the sun chairs or sunbed loungers into the main garden on the strict conditions that they are returned to our own terrace after use each time. We provide our guests with pool towels for use during the stay. The complex is small only 39 apartments, making for a friendly and relaxing holiday, although within easy walking to all amenities.

It also has dedicated private parking area for Benazur owners and guests so parking is made easy.

The weekly rental

The rental rates displayed on the details are subject to change at any time. We often have a special offer running for last minute availability, due to a change of dates or cancellation, its good to call and ask at any time. In order to reserve the apartment a deposit of 15% of the rental is required by return and the 85% balance of the rental is due 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.

We also require a security deposit / damage, breakage bond, which is returned in accordance with the booking condition. We send you

the keys and we ask you to return the keys within 7 days after your holiday. Once we received your keys back ( no damage in the property) normally we will return the security bond. within 7-14 days following receipt of the key

About this location

The Andalucia region

The Costa del Sol enjoys a temperate climate and is mostly sunny all year round. The area has many places of interest and history. The white villages buit in Andalucian Style are certainly worth a visit. Ronda is a charming historic town about 45 minutes drive from the coast. Gibraltar is steeped in History and now only takes 30-40 minutes drive. Why not visit Seville or Cadiz or Granada about 2-3 hrs drive or take an overnight bag and stay the night. Take the train to Ronda from Ageciras . Another great day out is a day in Malaga, take an open top bus city tour and visit some of the great museums (Picasso) in the old square. Closer to home for the children animal Safari at Selwo hills, Water world at Fuengerola, and many more atractions, details can be found in brochures in our apartment.


Las Palmeras de Benavista El Pilar located between San Pedro / Estepona offer a great holiday destination. Its mature gardens and natural beaches still hold the charm of old Spain. There are also great beach bars to visit on the beaches all along the coast. The Old Town of Marbella has great shopping in the little narrow streets and breakfast or lunch in Orange Square is not to be missed. Puerto Banus with all its fine Yachts and high life is an experience not to be missed. Watch out for the rich & famous. Try an al fresco lunch at Estepona Port, visiting the local Market about 6/7 klms. We are also close to San Pedro 6/7 klms with great restaurants and shops, fantastic beaches and beach bars.
