The living area of the lodge comfortably seats 9 to 10 people. The living area and the dining area are separated by a fire place with a feature gas fire and a wall mounted 42” Plasma TV screen.
The dining area has a beautiful glass table and four leather bound dining chairs and a solid oak bench offering comfortable dining for up to seven adults.
The modern kitchen has a built in dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and electric hob. The attached Utility Room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave and coffee machine. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, washing up liquid supplied.
Master Bedroom En Suite – large spacious room with 5ft king size bed & walk in dressing room. En Suite comprises of shower, toilet & wash hand basin.
Bedroom Two En Suite - Bath with shower fitting & screen. There is a wash hand basin, toilet & heated towel rails.
Bedroom Three En Suite – furnished with two single beds. One bed has a “hideaway” roll out single divan on legs, delivering sleeping for 3 adults. En suite comprises of shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

The house is a two minute walk from the luxury Lough Erne Golf Resort - the first AA internationally rated and NITB 5 star hotel in Northern Ireland. Only a 5 minute walk to the 1st tee box on the Faldo Golf Course. Castle Hume Golf Course, also a championship course, and Club House are only 200 yards from the front door giving you access to a further 18 holes of golf.
If you are a golfer then this particular house will provide an excellent base to enjoy the new Nic Faldo 18 hole golf course which opened In July 2009.
If you require accommodation for a wedding function at the hotel, golfing, fishing, walking or simply want to relax and enjoy the various restaurants and spa facilities, the gate lodge can sleep up to 7 people and each of the 3 bedrooms have their own en-suite. Peaceful & quiet surroundins.
The Lough Erne Golf Resort is situated only three miles from Enniskillen Town providing excellent access to all that Enniskillen and Fermanagh have to offer.

The property is located within the grounds of the Fabulous 5* Lough Erne Resort. Spectacular views & scenery surround this lodge. 3 Miles from Enniskillen Town in Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland - boardering Co. Donegal & Co. Sligo in the Rep of Ireland and a 1.5 hour drive to Dublin.
The Lough Erne Hotel and Golf Resort Housing Village are built beside the new 18 hole ChampionshipFaldo designed Golf Course which is also adjacent to Castle Hume Golf Club - offering 36 holes in total. Himalaya's putting area and newly opened state of the art Faldo Golf Acadamy & Driving Range lie adjacent to the rear of this lodge.
The house is sited on the side of Castle Hume Lough and only three miles from the busy shopping town of Enniskillen. Beautiful beaches of Donegal a mere 30 mins drive.
Belfast is 80 miles away, Dublin is 100 miles and Larne is 120 miles.

Castle Hume Lake and Lough Erne lakelands provide the opportunity for excellent fishing. Lough Erne provides multiple opportunities for all types of water sport and cruising. Numerous outdoor pursuit centres provide horse riding , biking, canoeing and walking.
There are also numerous areas of historic and local interest such as Beleek Pottery factory and the Enniskillen caves. There are also a number of good beaches and seaside holiday resorts within 30 minutes drive.

This house is home from home. Truely fantsatic, this is our 2nd time staying an we have already book in for our 3rd, which cant come quick enough! The house, is warming, welcoming, clean, warm, cozy. The gate lodge is a beautiful place to stay in Fermanagh- whether you are golfing, sightseeing or just enjoying the lodge- with three extremely well appointed bedrooms all ensuite and a fabulous (and massive) open plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining area, the entire property has every conceivable appliance one could require, stunning decor and sumptous textures. Cosy/ sociable or romantic it lends itself to every occasion- we were 5 girls on a weekend and were very impressed. Many thanks |

“5 Star House” Reviewed November 10, 2011 NEW Had an excellent stay in Susan's house in October for my wedding at Lough Erne. I dont think the pictures do the house justice...it is huge!! Furnishings are great with gorgeous curtains, comfy sofas & beautiful kitchen, and the house is so well equipped with everything you could need. Location is great with 24hr Tesco nearby and it's just over the road from the Golf Clubhouse meaning you can pop over for lunch. Susan is great to deal with, always on hand on email and offering up advice on nearby restaurants and local attractions etc. Really relaxing stay, & lovely memories.
Hope to stay in the house again, would 100% recommend it.

We stayed at No.23 for one night in May 2011 while we attended a wedding reception at the Lough Erne Golf Hotel which is situated within easy walking distance of the house. We felt this would be the most suitable option for us as we have 2 teenagers and having the house gave us the freedom to come and go more freely and this indeed prove to be the case. We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at No.23 and would like to return in the future and spend a weekend at a time when we could reap the full benefit of this wonderful location.

Five of us stayed in this property for a weekend whilst attending a wedding at the Lough Erne Resort. Prior to arriving all dealings with the owner and her associates were seemless. Susan ensured that we had more than adequate information about how to find the property as well as ideas of places to go and things to do during our short stay. She answered all of our questions promptly and was generally very helpful. The property itself is beautifully fitted out, the bedrooms are very spacious and we were pleasantly suprised at the level of comfort. All staff at the resort were polite and helpful. The entire experience was very positive .
