This newly constructed house is situated in the Lough Erne Golf Village, which lies a short walking distance from the first ever Nick Faldo designed course in N.Ireland. The 18 hole Faldo course runs alongside the Lough Erne Golf Village and is nestled between Lough Erne and Castle Hume lake.
There is a large south facing garden and patio at the rear of the house with double French doors which attracts the sun throughout the day and evening.
The house is 1745 sq ft ( 162 sq m) and is finished to an exceptionally high standard.

The County Fermanagh region
The property is located at the newly opened Lough Erne Golf resort outside Enniskillen in Co Fermanagh.
The hotel and golf village are built beside the new Faldo designed golf course which is also adjacent to Castle Hume Gold Club.
The house is on the side of Castle Hume Lough and only three miles from the busy country town of Enniskillen.
Belfast is 80 miles away, Dublin is 100 miles and Larne is 120 miles.
Enniskillen area
Our house is only two minutes walk from two of N.Ireland leading golf courses - castle Hume and the Faldo course at Lough Erne.
Castle Hume lough and Lough Erne provide the opportunity for excellent fishing. Lough Erne provides multiple opportunities for all types of water sport and cruising. Numerous outdoor pursuit centres provide horse riding , biking, canoeing and walking.
There are also numerous areas of historic and local interest such as Beleek Pottery factory and the Enniskillen caves. There are also a number of good beaches and seaside holiday resorts within 30 minutes drive.
How to get there
The town of Enniskillen is located in Co Fermanaghin N.Ireland.

The Lough Erne Golf Resort is located three miles outside the town of Enniskillen on the shores of Lough Erne and Co Donegal is only a thirty minute drive away.
The two closest airports are Belfast City airport and Belfast International. Between the two you can reach Ireland via almost every airline company, including Easy Jet, Ryan Air, BMI, Flybe, Aer Lingus and Jet 2.
All of the major car hire rental firms are available at both airports: Rent a car, Hertz, Avis, Europocar etc.
By ferry there are three potential routes to Ireland: Stranraer ( Scotland ) to Larne or Belfast ( slow and fast ferry service ) Hollyhead to Dublin ( slow or fast service ) Liverpool to Belfast ( slow boat service )

The dining area has a beautiful glass table and four leather bound dining chairs and a solid oak bench offering comfortable dining for up to seven adults.
The modern kitchen has a built in dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and electric hob. The attached Utility Room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave and coffee machine.
Master Bedroom En Suite – large spacious room with 5ft king size bed & walk in dressing room. En Suite comprises of shower, toilet & wash hand basin.
Bedroom Two En Suite - Bath with shower fitting & screen. There is a wash hand basin, toilet & heated towel rails.

Castle Hume Golf Course, also a championship course, and Club House are only 200 yards from the front door giving you access to a further 18 holes of golf.
If you are a golfer then this particular house will provide an excellent base to enjoy the new Faldo course which will be officially opened with 18 holes available from the 1st July 2009 (9 holes currently available).
If you require accommodation for a wedding function at the hotel, golfing, fishing, walking or simply want to relax and enjoy the various restaurants and spa facilities, the gate lodge can sleep up to 7 people and each of the 3 bedrooms have their own en-suite.
The Lough Erne Golf Resort is situated only three miles from Enniskillen Town providing excellent access to all that Enniskillen and Fermanagh have to offer.

Please note that there is NO parking at any time for trailers with jet ski's or boats.
