Ground floor golf apartment with fantastic views down the last few holes of the golf course. It is positioned right next to the club house which has its own bar, cafe's restaurants, supermaket etc.
Hunt Hamilton Zuch architect designed the apartment with two ample sized bedrooms one with French doors to a small balcony. The apartment has an ultra modern bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and over head shower, all fully tiled.
There is a very large communal pool, south facing with stunning views. The large terrace which is L shaped faces south and gets the afternoon and evening sun, the garden has the sun most of the day. The terrace also has power and water and comes complete with modern furniture.
