Your first steps into this beautiful interior designed private villa with fabulous vaulted ceiling and marble floors throughout will take your breath away.
Triple french doors lead out to a private heated swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the 14th fairway and tranquil lake.
Inside there are 3 large bedrooms(1 en suite with jacuzzi/whirlpool bath and shower) as well as a second shower room. All beds have Orthopaedic Mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets for a perfect nights sleep.

LIVING AREA
For your entertainment we have provided a plasma television with British and International channels along with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Need to get out of the sun for a bit? There is a selection of board games and children's toys in the villa for you to enjoy. There is fully integrated air conditioning throughout the villa and gas central heating for those few winter cooler months.
In the dining area you will find a modern dining suite with leather chairs seating 6 people; we have even provided champagne flutes should you feel like celebrating!
INTERNET ACCESS
There is a cable provided to link your laptop to the phone line but you will need to purchase 'Areanet' prepayment cards which you can purchase on the resort.
TELEPHONE
There is a telephone for incoming calls only but you can call any Polaris facility or any villa free of charge. eg. To book a restauraunt; a round of golf or to chat to a friend in another villa or on another Polaris resort.
KITCHEN
The fully fitted kitchen with integrated Bosch appliances including oven, modern ceramic hob, extractor, microwave and dishwasher coffee machine and an American style fridge freezer with an ice and chilled water dispenser. Leading from the kitchen there is the separate utility area including the washer/dryer. There's even an iron & ironing board should you need them.
BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS
The luxurious master bedroom suite has a king size bed with an en-suite marble bathroom with twin basins, WC & Bidet. You can unwind in the jacuzzi / whirlpool bath or take an invigorating power shower. The bedroom has 3 double shuttered French doors that open out onto the pool and terrace area, ideal to jump out of bed and straight into the pool for an early morning dip!
There are 2 further spacious double bedrooms with 2 single beds. These rooms are served by a separate shower room with its own WC, bidet and power shower.
All the beds have Orthopaedic Quality Mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets, add these together with the pure mountain air and tranquil surroundings and you're sure to get a great night sleep.

OUTSIDE ENTERTAINING
There are 3 outside eating areas for your alfresco dining; a convenient breakfast area to catch the morning sun, a conservatory area with a built in brick BBQ, ceiling fans and relaxing chairs providing the perfect setting for a lazy lunch or laid back evening and finally a six seated dining table with parasol overlooking the golf course and pool.
We even provide unbreakable glassware and dining set for your safety.
The villa has heated pool (£100 per week extra) with underwater lighting to enable you to have a midnight swim.
Relax in the luxury JACUZZI sipping a glass of bubbly enjoying the panoramic views of the golf course and down towards the coast or take a dip in the heated private pool then dry off on the luxury sun loungers. (Some pool toys provided) You also have the use of 3 communal pools on the resort.
PARKING - Villa Cully has its own private drive with a separate car port for ample parking.
PLAY AREA - The children's play area is just down the road from the villa so they can have a game of football to tire them out before bed! We have also provided toys and games for the children and plastic cutlery etc.

The Murcia region
Murcia, "The Garden of Spain!" is situated on the Costa Calida (the warm coast) it enjoys a Mediterranean climate with mild winters 11 C in December and an average temperature of 21 degrees throughout the summer months. The Murcia region is one of Spain's and Europe's best kept secrets. An unspoilt area with 250 km of coastline along the shores of two seas the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor.
The Costa Calida stretches from the El Mojon a small fishing village with wonderful beaches down to Mazarrone a seaside resort with stunning beaches and Agullias the Roman fishing port, in the south. This beautiful rugged region has many quaint fishing villages and picturesque hideaways in the hillsides all worth exploring.
The Mar Menor itself is the biggest attraction, this salt water lagoon is divided from the Mediterranean by the strip of land known as La Manga. The water in the lagoon is very salty and maintains a hot temperature 5 C above the average of the Mediterranean. There are many restaurants and bars serving superb paella and tapas dotted along the 7 km promenade (ideal for stroll after your dinner). The Mar Menor attracts water sports fans all year round with its windsurfing and jet skiing.
No holiday would be complete without a trip to Lo Pagan, a town with the largest area of mud baths in Europe. The therapeutic qualities of the natural mud baths are renowned for their healing properties.
There are lots of places to visit such as Cartagena an historic town with navel port and lots of shops.something for everyone! Many cafes offer a fine selection of tapas at reasonable rates. Other places worthy of a visit are Santiago de la Ribera, Los Alcazares, Cabo de Palos and La Zenia.
The El Valle Golf Resort / Polaris World, El Valle area
El Valle is an 18 hole par 71 championship golf course with Clubhouse with restaurant and bars, driving range, putting green and resident professional.
