Comfortable and modern house located in El Cotillo 100 meters from some of the most spectacular beaches and coves of the island (see photos).

Located in newly built residential area the cozy village of Cotillo. Known for its tranquility and its amazing natural surroundings, enjoying the beaches and coves of white sand and crystal clear water with more charm of the island (the small lakes and Shell Beach, pictures). Just 1min walk, on the other hand also have the Grandes Playas area of Cotillo, fantastic and long beaches ideal addition to sunbathe, swim and take long walks to practice water sports, surfing, kite surfing, etc.. Not to mention that you can end the day with the best sunsets that the island offers.

With its stores open 7 days a week, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc..

The bus stop 200 meters to the island connection lets you scroll smoothly if not wanting to rent a car.

The house has three floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), 2 terraces and seating for six people.

General. New house on three levels, three bedrooms one on the top floor and two on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms, one with spa, bath and one with large shower. 2 terraces, barbecue.

It also has Wifi and free ADSL, USB and TV with satellite reception and Hotbirt Astra.

Fully equipped kitchen has all necessary appliances

to live and feel at home, washing machine, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker and Italian, kettle, toaster etc..

Bedroom 1: With double bed of 1.50, large closet with three bodies and four meters terrace with views out to sea. Bedroom large enough for 1 or 2 cots (located on the top floor of the house).

Bathroom 1: Next to bedroom 1 with shower and bidet spacious hairdryer available.(located on the top floor of the house)

Bedroom 2: Twin belocated on the top floor of the houseds 90 one in nest removable two-door cabinet.

Bedroom 3: Single bed convertible double sofa 1.60 with terrace of 12 meters, (children's playground).

Bathroom 2: Along with 2 and 3 bedrooms, spacious features a jacuzzi and bidet.

Terrace 1: Terrace 12m2 with garden furniture overlooking the sea. Barbacue.

Terrace 2: Terrace of 12 m2 located in the interior of the house, ideal for children.

Casa confortable y moderna situada en El Cotillo a 100 metros de algunas de las playas y calas mas espectaculares de la isla (ver fotos).

Situada en zona residencial de nueva construcción del acogedor pueblo del Cotillo. Conocido por su tranquilidad y por su increíble entorno natural, pudiendo disfrutar de las playas y calas de arena blanca y agua cristalina con mas encanto de la isla(los laguitos y playa de la concha, fotos),a tan solo 1min caminando, por otro lado también tienes la zona de Grandes Playas del Cotillo, fantásticas y larguísimas playas ideales además de para tomar el sol, bañarte y dar largos paseos para la práctica de deportes acuáticos, surf, kitesurf, etc. Sin olvidarnos de que podrás terminar el día con las mejores puestas de sol que ofrece la isla.

Con sus tiendas abiertas los 7 días de la semana, supermercados, restaurantes, bares, etc.

La parada de autobús a 200 metros con conexión con toda la isla te permite desplazarte sin problema en caso de no querer alquilar coche.

La casa consta de tres habitaciones, dos baños completos (uno con hidromasaje),2 terrazas y capacidad para seis personas.

General. Vivienda nueva de tres alturas,tres habitaciones una en la planta más alta y dos en la planta baja, 2 baños completos, uno con bañera de hidromasaje y otro con amplia ducha. 2 terrazas, barbacoa.

También dispone de Wifi y adsl gratuito, Tv con USB y satélite con recepción de Astra y Hotbirt para canales Alemanes, Italianos e Ingleses.

En la planta de arriba se encuentra el dormitorio doble con un cuarto de baño completo y una terraza, pudiendo disfrutar de total independencia. En la planta de abajo se encuentran las otras dos habitaciones, otro cuarto de baño completo con jacuzzi y una terraza privada que goza de total intimidad como solarium, en la planta central se encuentra la terraza de entrada el comedor y la cocina.

Cocina americana totalmente equipada dispone de los electrodomésticos necesarios para vivir y sentirse como en casa lavadora, frigorífico, horno, vitrocerámica, microondas, cafetera eléctrica e italiana, hervidor de agua, tostador etc.

Dormitorio 1: Con cama de matrimonio de 1'50, amplio armario empotrado de tres cuerpos y terraza de 4 metros con vistas laterales al mar. Dormitorio suficientemente grande para 1 o 2 cunas (disponibles).

Cuarto de baño 1: Junto al dormitorio 1 con espaciosa ducha y bidet dispone de secador de pelo.

Dormitorio 2: Dos camas de 90 una en nido extraíble y armario de dos puertas.

Dormitorio 3: Cama diván sencilla convertible en doble de 1,60 con salida a terraza de 12 metros, (juegos para niños).

Cuarto de baño 2: Junto a los dormitorios 2 y 3, muy espacioso cuenta con ducha / jacuzzi y bidet.

Terraza 1: Terraza de 12m2 con muebles de jardín con vistas al mar.

Terraza 2: Terraza de 12 m2 situada en el interior de la vivienda ,ideal para los más pequeños.
