House Altein, Apartment No 4, 4 room apartment 105m2 on 1st floor, south-east facing position. spacious, cosy furnishing, living/dining room, with cable-TV and radio, exit to the large balcony/loggia, wich is covered - 21m2 - with balcony furniture and sun beds. In total 3 sleeping rooms (two have as well access to the large balcony). 2 sleeping rooms have each two beds (1,40 m (French bed) and 0,90 m, and 2 x 0,90m). 1 sleeing room has a French bed 1,60 m. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven dishwasher) with dining table. 2 baths/WC. Nice view of the mountains. Old beautiful house - apartment renovated in 2020, new oak wooden parquet in all living rooms and new painting in the whole apartment, additional bath/shower & toilet built in. Garage space no 32 (underground) - the apartment is accessible by elevator from the garage.

The house is right in the centre of Davos (Davos Platz) - 3 minutes walking distance from the Congress Centre, but still very quitet, south-east facing position. In the house washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Grocers, supermarket 200 m, shoping centre 1 km, restaurants next door, bus/ski bus 150 m, railway station 1,5 km, indoor swimming pool, wellness/sauna 250 m, Golf course (18 hole) 300 m, mountain skilifts 1 km, cross - country ski trail 250 m. Ice skating rink and ice hockey stadium 300 m.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
