This club Atlantis apartment is accessed by a passenger lift, and has a beautiful and widespread view of the sea and the 3 pools. One is heated in the winter. The Apartment is the most spacious 1bed within the complex, and has been comfortably furnished and equipped for your enjoyment. An annual programme of replacement and renewal, ensures that everything is up to date wherever possible, and our local Agent is on hand to deal with any emergencies.

Club Atlantis is NO SMOKING (or vaping) complex in public areas. It is very secure, and generally an oasis of calm. This apartment is not affected by noise, either from the road to the Marina or the nearby Sloop Bar as all the rooms face onto the pools.

The apartment is clean for your arrival, and includes bed linen and bathroom towels. A washing machine is installed for your careful use. Please read the instructions to avoid damage. Pool/Beach towels are not provided. The bed linen and towels etc., can be changed during your stay for €10 per person on request, unless you have already prepaid extra changes.

Although you may use INSTANT BOOK, be aware that if you do not meet the conditions expressly mentioned in our Policies, your booking may be cancelled. NO SMOKING or VAPING in the apartment or on the balcony.

Guests on the key authorisation are the only persons allowed in the apartment overnight. If this is found not to be the case, the booking may be terminated immediately, and all guests required to vacate with no refund.

NO SMOKING either in the apartment or on its terrace.

This is our home from home and we expect it to be treated with respect. It can sleep 2-4. I do not accept bookings of same gender groups or those that include young children (sorry). Minimum age 30 without prior approval.

Why can't I call Ral (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ral (the owner) a message.

If Ral (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
