About the home

Very attractive clean apartment with excellent pool and sea views .Large comfortable Lounge with english tv BBC1 BBC2 ITV C 4 , dvd /mp3 player, ceiling fan, open plan kitchen area, one large bedroom with ceiling fan and a fully fitted bathroom with shower and washing machine . The apartment is very well equipped with new items and tastefully decorated. all linen and towels are new and it also has a large balcony area with sun all afternoon, the apartment also has its own safety deposit box free of charge

The apartment has english tv BBC1 BBC2 ITV C4 and the apartment is maintained to a high standard by a english managment company there is a 24 hour emergency number if needed . All linen and towels are replaced every 12 months to ensure customer satisfaction .

The complex has 3 swimming pools, large main pool, kiddies pool, and 1 mediumn sized pool, there is a pool bar which contains a small supermarket and serves food and drinks 9am -8pm

The Tenerife region

Tenerife boasts. Beautiful mountainous scenery.The coastal areas enjoy the most sunshine, the best weather,the least clouds and highest temperatures this is why Tenerife is known as the island of eternal spring
The apartment is situated in the Torviscas area of Playa de Las Americas. The area has a 5 mile stretch of beach, most of which is promenade.

The Costa Adeje area

Torviscas is a firm favourite with many people who visit Las Americas, as it is much quieter than the centre of Playa de Las Americas but close enough to join in with the action if you so desire. Local amenities are excellent; the beach is close by, as are the twice-weekly market and Puerto Colon Harbour . The sky park and the aquapark with the dolphinarium are also both located in this area. The famous San Eugenio Commercial Centre which hosts numerous shops, bars and restaurants is in the centre of this area. There is a five mile promenade, which boasts stupendous beaches, with bars and restaurants offering excellent local cuisine.The water park is only 10 mins walk, and the skypark is 5 mins walk, it has excellent restaurants/ nightlife and shopping. Endless places to visit for all such as, Loro Parquehe, Karting Club, numerous golf courses, mount teide, bob diving(underwater scooter) Quad Park and many more

Fly to tenerife south ( REINA SOFIA) taxi's avaible 24 hours, it will take you 20 mins to reach the orlando complex, this will cost aprox 20-25 euros

The sea views were tremendous spent a lot of time enjoying the views from the spacious balcony. This is one of the prime positions at the orlando, the central posotion of the complex was excellent , being a short walk form the beaches

just a quick note to say what a wonderful apartment , in all the years we have been going abroad, this has got to be one of the nicest we have stopped in. I will be recommending the apartmrnt to my friends, once again i thankyou and may be back next year should we go to tenerife
