Ocean Park is a very well kept residential complex which is sought after by holidaymakers. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, microwave,TV/DVD/CD player - which have all 5 main British channels plus others. The bedroom is equipped with wardrobes, which includes a safe, there is also a hairdryer and straighteners for your use. There is a fully equipped kitchen area for making meals or snacks. The outside patio has a table and chairs for Al Fresco dining. There is a library of books, CDs, DVDs and videos to keep you occupied, in the event that you need to stay indoors. The complex has an outdoor pool with poolside bar, and there is a supermarket and bars that provide excellent value for money. The complex itself is very quiet as it is residential, all people staying there have booked privately with the owners, If you don't wish to venture out of the complex, the poolside bar serves drinks and food all day - the choice is yours!

We take on board any feedback that is given and we try our best to improve any negatives. We accept that some of the furniture may need to be replaced, however in our defence - the two years of Covid had a massive impact and funds were short, we are only just starting to get regular bookings again towards the end of 2022. Upgrades will be over the next couple of years, but they will have to be prioritised - we hope this will keep everyone happy

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
