Stunning luxury 3 bed detached villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac and benefits from its own private garden, spacious roof terrace with stunning sea views over looking Isla de Lobos and Lanzarote from which to watch the sun go down. This new property has been tastefully decorated and furnished to provide maximum comfort, has it's own large heated swimming pool (optional), sun loungers, patio tables and chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining.

Excellent local shops, restaurants, cafes and the new Baku Theme and Water Park are all within a short walking distance, the villa is ideal for families and couples.

The villa is all on one level so ideal for the young and elderly, the living areas are light, airy and open planned with two sets of patio doors leading onto the terraces and pool area. Bedrooms and bathrooms can be closed of from the living areas by a door given those in bed peace and quiet, great for families!

The Master bedroom has its own patio doors leading onto the terraces and pool area, has its own en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. Both bath/shower rooms have bidets the main bathroom having a double walk in power shower with hydro-jets . All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and fixed ceiling fans. There is a hairdryer available.

For your pleasure In the living area there are a good selection of books, board games/ cards, many DVDs for the young and old to watch on the large screen tv and CDs to listen to.

The villa has its own private heated swimming pool with Roman steps leading you into the water. The pool has a rollable solar cover which can be used to keep the heat in, when not in use. There is a poolside shower for your convenience.

The large terrace/patio areas include 6 sun loungers, 2 large tables and reclining chairs, sun parasol and barbecue.

The stairway from the patio leads to the sun roof terrace which has stunning views looking out to the sea Isla de Lobos and Lanzarote and in the other direction fabulous mountain views. This terrace has 4 sun loungers for you to soak up the all year round sun shine in private!

All linen and bath towels are provided. We ask you to bring your own towels for the swimming pool and beach.
The villa will be available from 14:00 on the first day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).
The villa must be vacated by 10:00 on the last day of the rental period (unless otherwise agreed).
A refundable deposit of £150 to cover damage / breakages will also be due upon confirmation of the booking, and will be returned to you after the holiday, assuming that no damages or breakages occurred.
A deposit of £200 to be paid at time of booking and the balance 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
The pool heater is available for £70.00 per week.
Wi Fi available for £10.00 per week

We do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident wheather personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the villa and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to the island.

The Fuerteventura region

There's so much to see and do in Fuerteventura, whether you want to go diving; sailing or merely visit the array of local shops. You'll be spoilt for choice.

For all you golf enthusiasts there is an excellent course in Caleta de Fuste, which hosted the Spanish Open in 2004. The golf course also boasts a 5 star clubhouse; the Elba Palace Golf Resort Hotel, which also has a pro shop; a resident PGA professional; a driving range; chipping area; practice bunker and putting green.

Fuerteventura is well known for it's excellent seafood restaurants. Other local dishes include Canarian potatoes, also called papas arragudas, which translates as wrinkled potatoes. These are small potatoes which were traditionally cooked in sea water, which being salty resulted in the wrinkled skin. They are served with mojo sauce, which comes in many varieties, the most common being a spicey red variety called mojo picante and a milder green version called mojo verde.

The Corralejo area

The town is now based around a busy Port/Marina that caters for the ferries that run between Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. There is also a range of tourist orientated activities that operate out of the port as well as a fishing fleet that is based there.

There is plenty to do and see here from: taking a trip on a glass bottomed boat; trips to Lanzarote and Isla de Lobos, as well as fishing and snorkeling and diving trips. There are several beaches in and around the town, totalling miles and miles of white golden sands. You can also learn how to surf, go windsurfing and kite boarding.

For those of you that prefer to shop, will that there are plenty of shopping opportunities. A market is held at the Baku Water Park, on Monday and Friday mornings. There are several shopping centres scattered around the town. There are amusement arcades and a couple of bowling alleys with 8 or 10 lanes. There is the usual array of mini golf courses and a few children's' playgrounds, some of which are public areas.
